on the pictures are 2 bedrooms, actually is one with bed with a hole in the middle. Very poor cleaning.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and well located. I would stay again if I visit Valencia.

Very nice apartment. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice for a short stay. The location was fantastic. Great for a family. Our teens were able to go out and explore on their own. We were able to go to the hotel across the street and pay for their breakfast (this is not part of the property, just something we did). They also had a small room to store luggage before check in.

It's pretty clear that the door codes never change and they seem to follow a pattern. Other than that, the property and location are great. One of the bathrooms smelled pretty bad. Seemed like a function of the plumbing, rather than a cleanliness issue. We just kept the door closed.

Fine apartment at a great location

Great location, very good check-in instructions, various facilities.

The towels appear to be very old. I wish there were more of them for our six nights of stay. Also we weren't able to connect the Internet to the TV's so there was no way for us to watch any screaming content.

Superb apartment in a great location.

Fantastic location, plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby, plus a 10 min walk to the train station. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were very clean. Washing up liquid and sponges were provided. Quiet apartment with plenty of space for a family of four. Handy to have a door code so we could split up and come and go without the worry of losing a key.

We had a great time in those apartments. We were a group of 8 in two apartments, and both of them we great.

Very clean. Excellent location, you can see the whole old city by foot. Very easy communication with the tenants.

The isolation, we could hear what happened outside with the windows closed.

At first we got one room that was completely different from the pictures given at the website, but landlords were fair and changed it to a different room that was great.

It was such a relaxing and seamless experience!

The living room by far! The balconies were incredible and I loved the dining table.

We had a lot of trouble with the locks for the entrance to the building and our apartment door (ended up being stuck on the last day) but the staff was really patient and friendly in helping us.

Location was very convenient and apartment was fairly clean

The management of apartment did not clarify that access to apartment would be by key box. Using key box is not a problem to us. However it would be more ethical to clarify this system of access at original time of booking. Health and Safety Issues: There was no mattress protector or pillow protectors. There was no top sheet on bed, just a light duvet. One of the electrical sockets in kitchen was loose. The stainless steel / glass shampoo holder attached to wall tiles was loose and could fall out and cause injury. The latter 2 points were texted to management when they texted us re cleaners but we received no response. There was very very little ware / cutlery … not even a milk jug. Furniture was fragile….some loose screws on chairs. We did have a contact number in case of emergency, in reality our feeling was that management just wanted our money and no communication apart from pro forma emails re València attractions that were received prior to arrrival. In previous apartment bookings with Booking.com there was a sense of valuing the customer and friendliness. Sadly this was lacking on this experience.

Ordinary apartment in a good location

The location (except the alleyway entrance). Washing machine. Kitchen.

The entry is in a very dirty alleyway which was regularly frequented by men relieving themselves near the entrance. The apartment was not soundproofed and it was incredibly noisy most of the day and night. The apartment hot water system activated every 30 ,minutes or so and sounded like a washing machine going off in your ear. Additionally the air conditioning did not work as it was locked at 23 degrees and it was extremely humid at night. These things combined made sleeping almost impossible for the two nights we stayed there. The apartment itself is bare bones and very uninspiring. Its efectively been built and left as is. You cannot open the windows with the noise which made it a little dank. The location though is perfect for exploring old town which makes up most of the 5 stars allocated here. It's almost the only dodgy street/alleyway in the whole area which is a shame. Would not stay there again given the price and lack of sleep.

Perfect location, great apartment with all amenities and hosts very helpful.

The apartment is just a short walk away from Mercado Central, and with plenty of restaurants and shopping options. For those travelling with small kids, there is also a playground just around the corner. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions and requirements.

Central location, well-equipped kitchen, reasonably quiet, easy check-in.

The shower drain didn't work well causing the whole bathroom to flood. The window in the bedroom didn't fully open so there was very little natural light in it (living room was fine though).

Great Valencian apartment

Location was great! Very nice we could leave bags at arrival in to town before check-in. Apartment was perfect size for 3 people. Appreciated dish soap, sponge and kitchen accessories for cleaning. Liked the locked main door. Drying rack for clothes was nice after washing!

Both bathrooms should have a trash can. Maybe a headboard for the beds. Gives more support if sit up in bed to read and you don't see marks on wall behind bed. The first bathroom on the right in hallway had a sewer smell. My daughter says sometimes that "is normal" with the pipes. Not sure but stunk a little. Had to keep lid down and door closed. May be coming from shower not sure. Also the door to the main bedroom, when you close it it scrapes on the floor. Like the door needs to be shaved a little at the bottom to not catch on the floor and it is loud.

Location was centrally located, but needs touch ups before I can recommend anyone to stay!

the property was spacious, large enough for a small group to be comfortable.

The apartment seemed old and run down. In the two bedroom two bathroom, it could use a new coat of paint on the walls, it just looks old and worn. There was also a horrible sewage smell that was very over powering. We had to leave one of the windows open to help ease the smell, which ended up not helping that much.

Great location for a short stay in Valencia, not perfect, but good

Perfect central location, nice space with two bathrooms

Television was pretty pointless as the signal was so bad no channel was watchable. The walk-in shower wasn’t really useable as the shower head angle kept tilting in the holder, meaning the jets faced too close to the wall and was difficult and uncomfortable. Some noise from people and dogs in other apartments.
