Very nice Apartment next to the Central market

Nice and comfortable 2 bedroom Apartment with 2 bathrooms. Well equipped Kitchen. Clean, bright and well designed with windows towards a cozy little Square with a childrens playground. 2 min walk to the central market and to Supermarkets. Thank you Javier for your warm Welcome. We Look forward to stay at your Place an other time!

Not a real Problem for us but good to know: situated above a vivid Restaurant with outdoor service till late in the evening.…really quite loud….

Needs some maintenance and deep cleaning.

Javier was a good host and very responsive.

Apartment needs a good deep cleaning and some maintenance work. Showers leak on the floor and the tiles are stained and dirty. Most of the dishes we pulled out from the kitchen cabinets were dirty. Apartment needs some overall maintenance. There was also an issue of some noise at night, pounding through the walls. To Javier's credit, he did try to find the source of the noise, but wasn't able to.

Modern, with a good layout. Prime location in the city center close to the old market. A lot of nice places to eat out nearby.

Glasses and cups could be better. Towels didn't seem too clean... Guest slippers missing.

Excellent location and amenities

This is the perfect location in a more quieter spot but with a plaza a minute walk away with food and shopping. Javier was very helpful with information on what to do in the area and quick to respond with questions.

The apartment was really tiny and the sofas very uncomfortable. No English TV. Our friends stayed at apartments nearby and they were roomier and half the price.

Nice little apartment located in the heart of Valencia!

Javier quickly responded when we called to report that there was not hot water; because it was a weekend and no one to fix it, he found a near by and bigger apartment for us to stay. Thank you Javier!

The perfect place for a family holiday

The apartment is located in the very center of Valencia, very close to Placa de l'Ajuntament. It is located in a new building with an elevator. The host is really nice and helpful. The most important convenience in the apartment is air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of them with a bathtub. The kitchen was fully equipped including sugar, salt and oil. There was also free Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

The only drawback of the apartment is the restaurant located right below it. The noise coming from it can be a bit disturbing, but the host took care of additional soundproofing in the form of internal shutters.

Very good

Javier met us easily, led us to the underground car park, and was very helpful. Keys are easy to use! There are two bedrooms and all the furniture is new and it is well presented. Ideal for getting around central Valencia. We were there at Christmas and it was warm and comfortable on the whole. The kitchen is well equipped, but we didn't cook as you are situated right over one restaurant, and surrounded by a massive choice of others. It was great to have somewhere so easy to return to for a quick rest in the day before continuing on the explore Valencia expedition.

We were four adults, and the second bedroom contains two large singles, which are comfy, but are not easy to move around, there is a small gap which children will be comfortable with but not so easy for adults who have to get up in the night! That being said, we would go again, but only as two adults.

Exceptional

I booked this apartment for my parents and friends to stay while they visited us and it was perfect. Javier was a lovely host who met us on arrival and speak very good English. There was plenty of space for 2 older couples to stay in-between outings. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is perfect (we live here and chose it for family based on the good location) to see the centre but also a short walk from lots of transport options.

A memorable stay in a vibrant city

We loved the location right in the heart of the historical quarter. Parking is extremely close to the apartment. Javier, met us and guided us to the property. He is a gentleman, couldn’t be more helpful, the perfect host. Highly recommended. We shall certainly return in the future as we have fallen in love with the beautiful city of Valencia.

Not too much, a cleaner oven, some more wine glasses, more basic toiletries and extra towels for the beach.

Can't beat the location. 2 minutes walk from Central Market and closeby to transport. There's a small playground right in front of the building

The apartment is not insulated well so you can hear conversations and the loudness of the restaurant below and being in the city center (which will have people until 11p.). The rooms are small especially the twin beds room. Barely enough space to walk between them. The furniture and shower fixtures are worn down. We didn't do much cooking because it's limited in cooking tools.

Exceptional

I spent a week in this house with my boyfriend and I think I really reccomend it. The location of the house is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the cathedral. The apartment was tiny but really comfortable, it has all the commodity (like cutlery, towels, laundry, microwave etc) perfect for a couple. The host Javier was really kind with us (we had to change our journey due to Covid and arrived in Valencia in the night, not in the afternoon as planned, but he didn’t complain it) and when we arrived, he also gave us a lot of information about Valencia and what to do.

Could do better

The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable (unlike the sofa and armchair) and there was copious hot water.

The electric kettle was downright dangerous with the 'off' switch not working. The coffeemaker was dirty and useless (the base is warped and cracked). The full-size cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine were very out of place in a tiny kitchen leaving little room to do anything. The shower head fitting was broken.

Eravamo in 4adulti più un bambino di quasi tre anni. Appartamento arredato bene, accessoriato per qualsiasi esigenza e pulitissimo. Posizione strategica. Host gentilissimo e disponibile nonostante siamo arrivati alle 23. Sicuramente se dovessimo ritornare a Valencia sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Centrale plek om Valencia te ontdekken.

De gastheer is ontzettend vriendelijk. Hij krijgt een 10. Het heeft een zeer centrale ligging. Hartje oude stad. De studio is enorm klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs een wasmachine, magnetron en oven.

De advertentie op Booking is misleidend. De beschrijving en de foto’s zijn van 2 verschillende appartementen, terwijl je maar alleen de studio kunt boeken. De studio is erg klein, zo ook het bed. Voor sommigen zal het geen probleem zijn maar voor 2 grote, volwassen mannen was het echt TE klein. Ook het bed.
