The location is excellent. The host is very friendly and checked in on us regularly. She was always available for questions and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is accessible and can be used to sit outside or to hang clothes.

Please note that the lift is quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper, this may be noticeable at night or early in the morning.

It took us a little bit to find the doorway because it was our first time in the area, but once we found it it was very easy to get in and get the keys.

We actually liked everything, The cleanliness of the facility and decorating.

It was extremely noisy. Even though we were on the 4th floor we could hear every noise in the street. Lost power, and when it rained 2 of the bedrooms leaked. Not conducive to sleep.

One of the most amazing apartments I’ve stayed in!

The location, the interior and the overall layout of the apartment were very nice. The host was very kind during our communication, they made sure we’re settled and have everything we need. There were complimentary water bottles and coffee pods. Overall it was clean and tidy.

I think one pair of towels per person isn’t enough for more than two days and while there is a washing machine, you don’t really have where to hang your clothes to dry as there isn’t a terrace. There is a drying rack but it isn’t really nice to have wet towels hanging in a closed space. Perhaps if the washing machine is changed to a combined washer/dryer one it’d be better. Also I think it’ll be better if there is a duvet cover that is used for the blankets/duvet because is more hygienic.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location and the apartment.

The location was great, right in the middle of the central city, close to restaurants, stores, etc. We arrived before check in time but could sit outside and have a nice lunch. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms had fans but there was also good air conditioning. Although it was near restaurants, and busy streets, it all quieted down by 10 or 11 p.m. and we slept well. Although three people shared the bath, it was nicely updated. The host, Marta, was efficient and especially helpful with good and speedy communications.

These are really minor but the shampoo, soap, etc in the bathroom seemed skimpy. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with a good coffee maker, teapot, microwave, fridge, plates, cups, etc. but there was no cutlery (knives, forks, spoons) and no pots or pans. So we could heat up leftovers in the microwave but had to buy plastic forks, etc.

Very central location in the old town. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our group of five. Lovely original features throughout. Host was very friendly and contactable throughout our stay.

Would've liked a dressing table / side table in the bedrooms for a little bit more storage.

Great place near historic area

Fantastic location, right at the older part of Valencia. Very spacious apartment with all you need. Service from Marta was very nice, with quick and clear messages and replies.

The only thing was that one of the two showers did not have warm water. This was likely a new issue and not a permanent one.

Great value for money - would recommend

- location was great and the apartment felt secure and safe (having a lift in the apartment was amazing) - having a washing machine was a bonus - spacious for a couple - had most amenities that you would need - great value for money

- no signage on the entrance to the building made it hard to find - the fan in the bed room only had one speed, which was very fast - the TV had no English channels or streaming services

Nice central apartment, but noisy. Outdated and unfinished kitchen

Great central location, beautiful tiled floor, spacious and light, air conditioning works. Shower worked well, good water pressure and hot water flowed quickly.

Quite noisy. Windows in the master bedroom and living room have single glazing and we were woken up every day at 6am by the garbage collector trucks. Kitchen was a bit outdated, badly lit (making it difficult to cook as you can’t see what you’re cutting up). There were no basic items like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar - we had to buy all of those ourselves.

A perfect stay - thank you!

Absolutely beautiful, airy and bright apartment. Comfortably furnished and very stylish. Location was absolutely perfect. I had worried about the noise noted by other reviews but this really wasn’t a problem, even in our August visit. Low hum of bustly restaurants from downstairs but this added to the central charm. We will absolutely return.

A minor point that our apartment didn’t have a balcony, which would have been lovely. Beyond this, no concerns.

Clean and spacious apartment

The apartment was very clean and the host gave clear instructions on how to access the property. The host was very responsive during the stay and was easily contactable if needed. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space for our family of 4. The location is very close to restaurants, cafes and public transport.

Given the close proximity to restaurants it can be noisy during the evening.

Basic accommodation, but centrally located

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and architecture. A/C was very good and needed from the heat. Marta was very helpful and responsive when we lost power.

Property was not as described in the photos, which was very disappointing, as this was a significant trip with my kids. After spoiling the family in Paris, this was a stark contrast. Nothing in the apartment looked like the photos on the site.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city center, just one block from the beautiful illuminated fountain in front of the town hall, which you can even see from one of the rooms. It’s very spacious, with two large bedrooms and a third room with two beds. We really appreciated that a baby crib and high chair were kindly provided upon request — it made our stay with a little one so much easier. The communication with the host was also great.

Location is amazing. Apartment huge. Very responsive staff to whatever we needed. Lift was great for luggage. Bright and airy with lovely view of fountain in plaza from front room. Everything you need within easy walk including a good bar at base of apartment block.

Disappointed, deceived and disrespected.

The apartment has charm like floor tiles and ceiling craft work, but floor tiles is in bad condition. I was glad that the apartment had a clothes washer. The apartment is definitely NOT LUXURY.

The property is sold as Luxury, I felt cheatef and received a decayed apartment for $300/ night. But at this point your money was already taken, what will you do. I contact Booking.com and property owner, and the only thing offered was an extra cleaning. I bought LUXURY, and received The apartment structure is really run down: doors don't close, no air conditioner in bedrooms, fan in one of the rooms kept shutting down, bathroom door with broken frame, furniture poor, carpets stained, blankets stained, shower water pressure low, elevator really old, building entrance carpet torn everywhere.

Quaint Valencian apartment with lots of character and excellent location.

The communication with host was excellent, from leading up to stay and during. Marta was only too happy to help with any question or concern. The location of the property in an amazing section of Valencia. Many restaurants only at our footstep. Main plaza and train station a few minutes walk away. The property is in a secure building. Although not a modern building, it had all the facilities we needed. A washing machine and room to hang out clothes to dry. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having so much space to spread out and relax.

The only downside was the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Pity it was high summer and servicing wasn’t available until after our visit. No fault of the host, just bad luck.
