Beautiful property, well maintained with all the original features.
There is a lot of noise from the streets as well as the lift. Don’t let that deter you, just bring ear plugs

Nice renovated apartment with still some old touches.
Well located. Close to the heart of the city center.
Only 5 minutes walking from the metro and train station.
Please replace the windows by new ones with double glass and acoustic isolation.
Now it's only single glass with gaps between both parts.
It felt like sleeping on the street. Especially when they come to empty to garbage containers early in the mroning.

Great location. Lovely, spacious apartment. Staff were attentive
There was very little sound-proofing and we were often disturbed by people in the other apartments coming in late or leaving early. They weren't rowdy, it was normal noise levels
and didn't go on for long periods. However some people may find this to be a problem.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and architecture.
A/C was very good and needed from the heat.
Marta was very helpful and responsive when we lost power.
Property was not as described in the photos, which was very disappointing, as this was a significant trip with my kids. After spoiling the family in Paris, this was a stark contrast.
Nothing in the apartment looked like the photos on the site.
