Staff were friendly and super helpful. The location is quiet yet just minutes away from the centre marketplace and other tourist sites. The accommodation itself was comfy, clean and had everything we needed.
The only thing is that it is on the third floor and the lift is very small and very slow. However, this was fine for my elderly mum. Just be prepared for that.

Nice high ceilings, lots of light, good location.
The door buzzer did not work. The sofa was so low and broken down that it hurt my knees to climb up out of it. The beds were uncomfortable.
