It is very central within the old town of Valencia. There was a nice spacious clean apartment suitable for 4-5 people comfortably.
When we arrived we weren’t able to get into our apartment as the host had sent us the wrong address via WhatsApp. It was late at night and I was travelling with my family and it was really stressful experience. We contacted the host an eventually it was discovered we were at the wrong Zerka apartments ( beware of this when booking that there is two locations) We then had to walk 10 minutes to the correct building. The host did sort it and apologised but it was a really bad mistake to make and something they need to improve on.
The apartment itself is not soundproofed and you can hear people in the square below.
Our AC unit stopped working on our last day and wasn’t fixed before we left and we had informed the host. In 30 degrees heat it was a very uncomfortable night.
