I only liked the location

Appartment was not aerated probably long time. It was smelling badly. It was dusty. The dust balls were flying around. The dust accumulated under the furnitures. There were stains on the wall by the table. Furniture was worn out. Stains on the chairs. In the kitchen there was no drying rack for cutlery and plates. It was difficult to wash the dishes and glasses with 1 lousy very small sort of sponge. 1 kitchen towel was not enough. No kitchen paper roll suplied. There were filter coffe machine but the pot were not there. So we couldn’t make any filter coffee. There were 2 small Italian filter coffee pots which is enough for only 2 people. We were 4. So the other 2 had to wait for their turns. The pots were so hot so you had to wait until they are cooler to start making coffee again. It was quite a headache. In the main bathroom the furnitures and the door frames were worn out probably due to a leak. It looked old and very damaged. There were extra pillows only in 1 room but no pillow cases. Luckily the extra pillows needed only in 1 room. We asked for pillow cases and the housekeeper said there were no extra at the moment. They brought them 2 days later. We also asked some extra hand towels, they said they don’t supply extra for short stays. There was also 1 duvet only in 1 room. That duvet did not come with duvet cover. I guess we were expected to put it between the 2 sheets that spread on the bed. It was uncomfortable because the duvet was sliding to the sides and coming out of the sheet easily. So most of the time our body was touching to duvet that used by many people. I dont think it was washed for every customer. Not hygenic at all. In the second bedroom there were only blankets. Overall, we would’nt describe the appartment as luxury as described. It was basic and there were no luxurious item in it.

The lady waited for us to give us the key, i had had a problem with my phone so not responded to the text with the code so she sensibly called me and was happy tp wait for us.

The appartment was great and location however there was a lot of noise in the night from the street so bring ear plugs!

Great location and spacious apartment

Location was terrific. Straight down to market and all the old town areas. We loved the bar around the corner “la cola del Pez “ and Ricardo was an awesome bartender The apartment was spacious but the terrace has NO view You look at old dirty walls and the furniture is old and the cushions also not great. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The pillows were kind of hard. The front bathroom shower was a bit moldy but the water pressure and temperature were great. The balcony from the back bedroom Over looked what looked Like a dump and first thing in the am and late at night was very noisy. Over all of you want a great location and decent price it’s a great place just dont think the outdoor area is going To be where you want to spend time .

Good location în Valencia

Excellent location, very close to the center. Spatious apartment with good natural Light. Easy access

The air conditioning system needs cleaning. After 1-2 hours of use it sends an awful smell of mold/sewage and it needs to be shut off. We had temperatures of about 35 degrees so we always had to choose between extreme heat or awful smell. Not confortable at all There are restaurants around de building. We faced the back yard where there was a very nice restaurant- but expect noise until 1.30 am Kitchen could have been better equipped, but not an issue overall.

perfect place to stay for a city trip with the family

The location is just perfect. very close to all the facilities, stores and restaurants. The rooms were large and clean and beds very comfortable. and having a grocery store right underneath is very handy for last minute shopping.

2 appliances didn't work properly: you could turn on the television, but that was it, the screen froze. The water cooker did work for a day or 2 but stopped after that, so I had to boil water the old fashion way. The cover for the toilet flush was missing, just two bare peaces of plastic sticking out of the wall. it worked just fine, just doesn't look nice.

Saving on guests is a bad sign for business!

- There are no pillowcases for the blankets, only sheets (during sleep, the pillowcases fly off a person and you have to cover yourself with blankets without bed linen, this is not hygienic!) - the room smells terribly of sewage (to solve the problem, you had to close all the holes in the sinks and in the shower at night) - the bed creaks a lot because of this there is no possibility of comfortable intimate intimacy, because of which the neighbors knock on the walls, discomfort.

The flat is quite spacious. It is located in the old city centre.

In summer, it is only suitable for people who come to party in Valencia. During the night there constant loud noise, people partying and drinking in the street in front and in the other flats in the building.

Superb

Very good location, we walked a lot to and from the location. It was nice that it had 2 bathrooms and large common space for the kids to play. It has heating in the form of climatization that appeared to bevery quiet and efficient.

we stayed for 6 nights. We would have liked to have more of: toilet paper, garbage bags or soap (such a small cost to such an inconvinience when it arises: Spain has its quirks over the schedule of stores) We would have prefered a classic set-up for the bed covers (the spanish style needs to be arranged thoroughly every time so you don't sleep on the quilt without knowing).

The property is in a very good location. It's very clean and comfortable.

It could probably do with a few more bits and pieces in the kitchen, although this wasn't a particular problem for us. A bigger kettle would be handy!

Great location in old part of town

The flat is in a great central location, very close to shops, restaurants and bars, and all the sightseeing in central Valencia. The flat is a modern conversion of an old property, most of the other apartments are rented out on a short term basis.

The street outside can be very noisy at night as there is a night club and various bars just outside. We thought the kitchen could have been better equipped as there were only 3 drinking glasses and no wine or other glasses of any kind. A few coffee filters for the coffee machine would have been nice too!

Amazing location. Nice apartment. Reasonably well-equipped. Responsive and friendly when we had problems with the lock on the door.

we were three adults who stayed 2 weeks. this is a good place if you are staying for a long weekend or so.

1. Location was fantastic, grocery and restaurants steps away, even an excellent gym 8 minute walk with short-term memberships very accommodating for vacations 2. Outdoor patio was large and had a dryer rack 3. washer in the unit was loud but nice to have 4. Sleeping was very quiet even though it’s in a busy area. the air conditioning was effective and very quiet. I have a pet peeve about loud A/C and this place had a nice silent one

1. kitchen desperately under equipped. Barely utensils or pots. Toaster was like a toy. Coffeemaker old fashioned Italian moka (see pic). no oven-compatible cookware. We wanted to cook-in but had to end up going out. large fridge though. 2. like many old-town lodging, bathrooms have sewer smell and no ventilation or windows. 3. cushions on patio furniture old and flat and not inviting 4. every morning a guy was outside the door asking for money. in the afternoon a lady. 5. annoying issue - towel hooks are not hooks but tiny projections that aren’t capable of holding a towel, they just slip off. it gets to be really annoying 6. also annoying but easy to fix - there is nowhere in the shower to put the soap but on the floor. a suction cup soap holder for the shower would be an easy solution 7. it seemed a little overpriced but maybe for the location it’s what the market will bear

Great location, spacious clean apartment with the convenience of a supermarket next door.

Excellent location, clean bright and airy, felt secure, comfortable beds

Communication with the host was ok the week before arrival and then nonexistent on arrival day when we were unable to get into the apartment and the host was not responding to our messages or calls. Contacted Booking.com customer service who sorted the situation out. The kitchen had a lack of utensils and basic cookware for self-catering. We could not access the Wifi on the apartment log in and password so had to use a different apartments log in which kept going off line.

The location in the old town was very good, within easy walking distance of all the sights, lots of places to eat, etc, the pictures of the accommodation are true to life, the check in procedure was easy and communication with accomodation was good, all went very smoothly. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the AC was very quiet and worked well.

Apt 1 on the first floor is located just over a roller-door which was very noisy when opening and closing and woke us up at 5.30am each morning. The location on a busy square was noisy late at night, the bottle banks opposite were noisy in use. The apartment was quite dark and more bedside and reading lamps could have been provided, there were 5 of us booked in, but only 3 glasses provided. The fixing for the shower-head in the shower off master bedroom was broken so it was hard to use and inclined to spray everywhere.

Lovely, spacious apartments in a fabulous location in the middle of the old town.

No blinds/curtains in the lounge which made it impossible to sleep for those sleeping on the sofa beds. Would have been good to have the aprtment cleaned during our stay as we were there for a week. Toilet rolls were not replaced and we had to wash our own towels as these were not changed.
