La ubicación es estratégica pero al estar rodeado de muchos bares resulta excesivamente ruidoso. La dotación del apartamento es buena. Es amplio y bueno para familias. Deberían considerar alguna mejora en la insonorización
El aseo es deficiente, los borde de las ventanas y balcón tienen excrementos de paloma y están muy descuidados. Las rejillas de ventilación están sin Limpieza en el Baño de la alcoba principal
