About this apartment rental
Elegant high-ceilinged apartment, with a modernist and rural touch of decoration. It is located in Plaza de Manises, in the eclectic, oldest and with the greatest personality district of Valencia. Decorated with inspiring shapes and colors. It is a very practical and comfortable apartment. For its strategic location, you can enjoy the convenience of reaching all places walking a few meters from the apartment: restaurants, charming terraces, pubs, monuments, cultural centers and all kinds of shops. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air conditioning and heating, WiFi, open kitchen. In front of the historic Palau de la Generalitat.

The apartment of 83 m2 has the following areas:
- Clear bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cm and views of the Palau de la Generalitat.
- Modern and complete bathroom en suite with shower, toilet, mirror and sink integrated into the bedroom.
- Large and simple second bedroom with bunk beds of 90x190 cm and a chest of drawers.
- Practical and simple third bedroom with bunk beds of 90x190 cm and a chest of drawers.
- Second bathroom fully equipped with sink, toilet, bathtub with movable alcarchofa and screen.
- Spacious and bright open kitchen and living room with sofa, armchairs, HD TV, large rectangular dining table for 6 and all kinds of kitchen appliances: victroceramic, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender.
- Small gallery.
- Views of the Palau de la Generalitat.
The apartment comes with bed linen, towels and welcome amenities.

The neighbourhood
Located in the emblematic neighbourhood of La Seu. The apartment is 300 meters away from the central Plaza de la Reina and 200 meters away from the Plaza de la Virgen, the historical-monumental epicentre of Valencia. The district of Ciutat Vella was the birthplace of the city, more than 2000 years ago, and nowadays it is where the greatest tourist offer is concentrated, what makes it a must-see place for both tourists and locals.
Considered as the main commercial area because of the Central Market, as well as of the wide offer of souvenir, craft and fashion stores. In addition, there are plenty of antique shops in the area. On the other hand, its cultural offer is immense, since the main historical monuments and cultural centres of the city are concentrated in the proximities, all them accessible on foot: the Cathedral of Santa María, La Lonja, innumerable churches, private and public palaces, modernist buildings in coexistence with medieval buildings, museums, etc. There is also a restaurant for every taste: from traditional kitchen, to new trends and fast food restaurants, tapas, coffee shops, pubs... In conclusion, it is a neighbourhood full of life with unique terraces and charming squares.
Getting around:
- Only a few meters away from the apartment there are stops for buses and taxis and a bike path, which travels the entire city.
- Bus: up to 8 bus lines in Plaza de la Reina, 4 minutes away on foot from the apartment, with which you could travel to any point of the city. There is also a tourist bus with a stop on this square.
- Metro: 5 metro lines at the Colón stop, 12 minutes away on foot.

Our stay at the Palace House exceeded all expectations. We could easily walk to all areas of the old town. We also enjoyed the view of the plaza in front of the building. Top notch vacation rental in every aspect.

We rented the property for 12 days however we did not have any trash bags, had 1 washing machine pod, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 spare toilet paper roles, one for each bathroom. For the price paid, we do feel more supplies should have been provided for the almost two week stay. And the master bedroom mattress was awful to sleep on. We tossed and turned all night and woke up with back pains. Both my spouse and I (in our early 40’s) moved to the bunk beds in the spare bedroom due to the discomfort.The apartment was clean, the location was great and the check in process was efficient. But not being able to sleep comfortably and having to furnish almost all of our supplies for our stay ourselves overshadowed the positive pieces of our stay.
