Lovely location and good size apartment for short stay.

Apartment was a good size and balcony doors were beautiful! Amazing view and location.

Smell in bathroom and building entrance, bathroom needs some serious love and attention to bring it back to former glory. Extraction needs to be repaired.

A great stay!

Location wise, it was fantastic. It was beautifully clean and modern. Had everything you needed for a short stay. The people I came in contact with were exceptionally helpful and kind. I would thoroughly recommend this accomodation and return if I am ever in Valencia again!

Nothing really. Just a couple of niggles with hairdryer not working properly and a thicker duvet needed for colder months. However these are only 1st world problems and not insurmountable!!!

Perfect location. Nice and tidy apartments. Unfortunate drain smell inside.

We had a studio with a garden view. The location was fantastic. Pretty little square outside and easy walking distance to places. Even though we were on a lower level, we couldn't hear much noise from outside. If I stayed again then I would prefer to book one of the upper level apartments because they have proper balconies and probably a little more privacy. We still had a nice view of the square but because we were lower down, it didn't really feel very private and felt very close to the people sat outside the restaurant directly outside, so if you wish to sit the window with your morning coffee then I'd recommend a an apartment higher up. Good size and clean inside though.

As we entered the main building we were welcomed by a very unpleasant drain like smell. This wouldn't have bothered us too much, but unfortunately it also smelt just as bad in the apartment. It seemed to be originating from the bathroom/drains and was constant throughout our stay. I had to re-wash some of our clothes when we got home, that had been hanging up in the apartment because the smell had clung to them. I understand that plumbing/drainage smells can not always be controlled or easily fixed, however this did effect the comfort of our stay and I feel for this reason the cost of the apartment didn't reflect the quality.

I wouldn't choose to stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The property clearly differs from the photos, which is unfair. There's an unpleasant smell when you enter the building. There's no heating in the bathroom and a stench when the window is closed, and I won't be bathing in 10 degrees with the window open. The bathroom sink is clogged and the water drains slowly. The TV is old (no Netflix). The hob only works on one burner. The buttons on all electrical appliances are very difficult to operate, whether it's the TV remote or the microwave. There's not even salt in the property, which is standard. There's no key for the front door, and you can't lock the door from the inside at night to sleep comfortably. And water is pouring out of the shower, so I'm not sure if the property is suitable for rent or renovation. The fees for this condition are unfair. I've stayed in many hotels and other apartment-style accommodations, and the owner always offers luggage storage, especially since the building requires a code to enter. I wouldn't choose to stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely loved everything about the property. The apartment was lovely. The location was great. Just five minutes walk to everything cute restaurants just below the apartment. The host was great the Facilities in the apartment was great. We were given some coffees teas and the best part was there was a manual for every little equipment in the apartment which one could refer to in case they are not aware about it, great detailed instruction manual sent For every little thing. Just to keep in mind, there is no much parking around the apartment however they do provide €15 parking per day and that’s just a two minute walk from the apartment and absolutely suggest to take that.

I wanted to book the apartment because i I saw the balconies however we were given the apartment on the first floor and were told that if we wanted, we could unlock it and go out but for safety reasons they don’t have huge balconies on the first floor so in case if you’re booking your apartment, just informed the host that you would like your apartment on any other floors except the first floor. There was a sewage smell everywhere in the apartment mostly in the bathrooms but when informed the host they told us unfortunately that smell is everywhere in Valencia and I believe that’s not the hosts problem and hence everything else was just great.

Fantastic apartment and lication

Fantastic location, the apartment was perfect for our needs, 2 bathrooms which was great, it had everything we needed, we would definitely use again as we are regular visitors to Valencia.

Nothing not to like, another long mirror in the other bedroom would be great but we managed, thats just a suggestion and would be helpful.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Wish we were able to stay for more days to enjoy more of Valencia.

The location was great, walking distance to many restaurants. The apartment was clean. AC works great- cools very good. Loved the fact that my other part of the family was able to stay in a different apartment within the same building. Love the view outside the apartment from the balcony.

Need creamers for the coffee. Would be great if you have some complimentary water bottles.

Pleasant stay in the centre of Valencia.

Pleasant modern studio type flat right in the historic old town. Very clean and friendly staff.

It is a little noisy - other residents banging front door, noise from square and church bells. Best avoided if you struggle with noise.

The apartment location is perfect, because you can easily reach anywhere just by walking. Nearby there is Jardí del Túria, where you can go for a stroll or just to relax.

Lovely Valentian stay

Location was good, 10 min walk from everything, quiet despite a restaurant below, and the view of the chapel from the balcony was beautiful. There was no Smart TV which puts it out of step with every other place we stayed in Spain, and some of the furniture could do with a bit of a clean. All in all though a very good experience.

No Smart TV Car parking remote wasn't in the apartment when we checked in which was an inconvenience

Beautiful place at a great location

The apartment was beautiful and very well located. It had an elevator which was convenient for my father and for carrying the bags. The apartment had two small balconies with a very nice view. Overall great experience.

We has a few hours to kill after check out and we wanted to leave the bags but it wasn’t possible because reception wasn’t open that day even though it was a Monday. The host pointed us to a nearby place where we could store them for a fee, which was good, but still, it would have been nice if we could have left them there.

Great location. Great little apartment, had almost everything we needed. Excellent staff - kind and responsive - thank you!! Shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Beautifully clean.

Was a bit cold - extra blankets + some sort of heater would have been nice. Also would have been nice to have a thicker or fluffier pillow, or even just an extra pillow. Having to take out the trash was a bit odd, bit of a hassle. Also just curious to know - why is there always the mild sewer smell? I understand it is normal but really curious to understand why? Was not an issue for us, just was sort of "there".

We had a wonderful stay at Valencia Home. The location was perfect & we felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The beds were very comfy.. The reception staff were very nice. Communication was really good via WhatsApp with the owners also. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Valencia as a city is lovely

This apartment was not lovely. -The noise from the other flats was absurdly loud during the night - The second "double bed" is a sofa bed, not an actual bed. This left my back in incredible pain - The separation of the "double bed" from the apartment is more akin to a hospital ward with a curtain pulled around. - Bathroom doors didn't lock - Exposed electrics in bathroom The quality of this apartment is something you would expect from a cheap halls of residence, not a holiday apartment

Very good

Location is in the old town, walking distance to everything. It's close to the river park where it's so beautiful place for walking, jogging. The room says it can sleeps 4 but I think 2 would be good number. Everything is sufficient and comfortable. The air conditioner works really well. The host was helpful and answer our questions promptly and is helpful. Our room is on the first floor which is 2nd floor so the balcony is smaller and has a metal cage for security. If you stay on 2nd floor up, you can have a true balcony with enough room to sit and just the regular rail, not cage. The room face a small plaza and you can see and hear neighbors talking and playing on the plaza. I enjoy it. There are 2 restaurants in the plaza and many other on streets around. There are convenience stores close by, CarreFour and Consum. There are bike rentals and tour shops very close by. The bed is comfortable.

spotlessly clean apartment in the old town close to amenities and sights.

it was located in the old town so it was easy to walk to all of the interesting sights. there was a lift in the property. the apartment was spotlessly clean.

the wi-fi is unsecured, I would have preferred to access secure wi-fi with a password. we could hear chairs being moved and water running in other apartments. there were instructions to empty all bins before we left but no instructions where to leave the rubbish/waste and no instructions about recycling.
