Welcomer Apartments Valencia

The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed being in a historic building just steps away in either direction to the lively historic streets and plazas. Rafael was an exceptional host; was on the front desk every day. He lent us laundry soap and a drying rack on our first day as we arrived from a short stay in another Spanish city with dirty clothes. The apartment and the location were wonderful; for my husband and I thought it was Rafael who made our stay even more wonderful. Thank you again Rafael! Also, the cafe Mestizo just across from the entrance of the building has wonderful people and excellent food and coffee!

Our apartment was on the first level above the ground floor. There was a lot of noise from revelers on the street below in the early morning hours. Soundproof windows would be a huge improvement.

The apartments are equipped with everything you need, comfortable mattresses, snow-white linen and towels, uninterrupted hot water in the bathroom. It was pleasant, comfortable and convenient for us to be there. The apartment is located next to the historical city center. This is both a plus and a minus at the same time: taxis could not drive up to the house, they had to walk far with suitcases to the taxi boarding point. If you travel light, then there is only one advantage: nearby there is the Cathedral of Valencia and many amazing historical sites and good restaurants. There was an administrator in the lobby during the day, who additionally looked after the luggage left by tourists for late check-out.

Great location, amazing blackout windows, no outside noise, very lovely overall.

Bathroom was toooo small, shower was tiny even for one person. Wish they would clean it more regularly for those staying longer than just a few days
