The staff were really helpful, Raphael was great and fixed queries we had including broken toilet. He was great and very helpful,
The location is great close to the centre but down a quiet street
The beds were very comfortable
It was secure and quiet
The flat was a bit tired and needed some TLC, chipped furniture, marks on furniture and rust in bathroom, it was habitable but had all the ingredients to be great if they spruced up a bit

Excellent location, very close to the central basilica. A bit far from the subway stations but the streets are ok to walk with suitcases. The host let us check in earlier which was great. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 5, it is renovated and very clean. There is a back yeard where people had events some nights but otherwise it was very quite. In the lobby there are cards for renting bikes and we were very pleased with the proposed partners.
I would switch the washing machine with a dish washer. Also two of the bed sheets had holes, such small details make impression.

Ideal location in the heart of the old town
Cheap fixtures and fittings; shower tap loose on the wall, broken shower trap, cracked sink. limited hot water meaning cold showers. 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people but only 3 breakfast bowls
