Location is great everything is near , quite practical to get in. I liked the small details like the sponge and liquid dish washer . You have everthing you need in apartment from bathroom to kitchen

Cheap fixtures and fittings; shower tap loose on the wall, broken shower trap, cracked sink. limited hot water meaning cold showers. 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people but only 3 breakfast bowls

Good stay

I do not always like the contactless check-in but it worked ok this time. Staff when they were there were very helpful. The location is exceptional.

Small things. While the property was well stocked with kitchen equipment, there were no basics like cooking oil, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee (only 2 pods for two people for four nights) paper towels. Poor sound proofing so you hear everyone in the halls. No soap for the clothes washer. Beware there is no clothes dryer.

Perfect place to stay in Valencia

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, superb apartman at the heart of the city, we can highly recommend to choose this place. We could check in earlier, the room was well equipped, nice balcony, delicious coffee in the room.

The arrival process is not easy. At arrival we had no internet and it was not simple to find the information to either connect to the wi fi network or open the door. Plus, during the stay, a group of guests made a loud party in the room next to ours. The event led to discomfort and awkward talks with those guests, which could have been avoided with some planning by the company running the building. Finally, the lift was broken for a couple of days, and us being in the 4th floor, had to walk several times a day despite the hot weather. A worm in the sink of our bathroom did not help to make us feel happier during those days.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city center. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed which made our stay comfortable and cozy. It accommodated all of our needs perfectly.

The only minor issue was that one of the sinks was slightly clogged, but this was not a major problem.

Exceptional apartment in the city centre

Exceptional location in the historical part of Valencia. 3 minutes walk to Queen's Square, 7-8 minutes to Plaza del Ayuntamiento-Town Hall Square. Clean and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need. Special thanks to Rafael, he was very helpful and did his best to make our stay hassle-free. Whatever you ask he was ready to help. He turned on the air conditioning before we arrived, and that was very kind of him. This is exactly what we need - right attitude towards guests.

Excellent location, spacious, quiet bedrooms so easy to get good sleep, friendly host, markets and restaurants are very close

The only 1 item is the ceilings are sloped in the bedrooms so just need to careful not to hit your head. But this was minor.

It wasn’t quite spotlessly clean - smelled a little moldy, furniture worn. Also - volume on tv was stuck on a very low level. Room was too small to fit my suitcase on the floor.

A pleasant apartment in a good area with restaurants and attractions close by. Not good for 2 couple

The location was good. There is a nice cafe downstairs and the Central Market and other attractions were within walking distance.

The second bedroom was upstairs and under the beams, which was not obvious on the booking. Also the apartment was at the top of the building requiring a walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Very good accommodation in the centre of Valencia

The apartment was clean, the position is very good, within walking distance of supermarkets and most tourist attractions in Valencia. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around, and there's even an elevator inside. The staff was also very responsive before arrival and after checking out. Would definitely stay there again.

Pleasent and enjoyable

All was good here. its quiet , close to resturants , shopping and most of the places you would want to see. the arts and seiencs museum are a good 20 min walk so bring some good walking shoes. we took a cab back after walking around most of the day. about 7Euro. Cafe right outside has a good breakfast and coffee but is packed and has a waiting line on the weekends.

THey must however reconfigure the shower glass. it is not big enough to prevent water from spalishing on the bathroom floor and making is slick, causing a hazard. I suggest they move the fixed exsisting galss to the back of the shower and attach a glass door to it, then it will be enclosed and water will not spalish all over the bath floor. Intial check in instructions wanted us to down load our pass ports on their linkto their site , however; it would only accept one passport. it is broken, but Like all businesses say, "oh you must have done somthing wrong, or did not hit the right button". Well I am very computer literate and followed their instructions to the letter mulitiple times for over 45 mins! It did not work and its not me! Their site is broken when it come to this task. I suggest you just ignor their check in pass port download and wait untill you get there so have them make copies of the pass ports just like any other hotel or Guest house would do. THis way you will not waist your time and avoid frustraion of substandard software that does not work.

Great location and staff

Staff were very helpful when the electricity went off and we had no cash, all ATMs were down and only cash payment in shops and restaurants. They lent us enough cash to get by until we could get cash out. Thank you!

Lovely Clean Apartment close to everything, good facilities, can sleep up to 6 people nice big beds and 2 bathrooms very handy, key code for door great idea, can store luggage at reception.

Would have liked a balcony or terrace but there are other apartments that have those

Location eccellent, comfortable bed, very helpful staff. Flat was nice on 3rd floor, compact but ok.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

A perfect location, opposite a fabulous coffee bar. The apartment was good, it had basic kitchen utensils, washing machine, coffee maker etc. Some more kitchen provisions would have been nice such as pepper and salt, oil, etc. Staff was friendly and assisted in using the entrance code.

the apartment was a bit narrow. Also the balcony was very tiny, barely place for a small table and two chairs.
