The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and air con was great

Everything was great

Very central in Old Town in a refurbished historic building. Walking distance to main places of interest. Clean and well stocked. Air-conditioned. Staff were very pleasant. check in was a code self service by the time we arrived.

If you have mobility issues ask for a room on a floor that is serviced by the elevator. Situated in old town with narrow streets so taxi had to drop us off very near.

Nice apartment in a really perfect area. Air conditioning a god-send in 38C. Property clean and tidy.

Am I the only guest getting fed up with properties providing facilities, but not the consumables to use them? Nice coffee machine - and four capsules for two people for a week; washing machine, but no washing machine detergent; crockery and cutlery including a salad spinner, but no salt, oil or vinegar to make a dressing. I'd happily buy the stuff and leave it as a 'passed on' gift to the next guest if I thought for one minute that they would still be there for them. From now on, I'm going to rate down owners and management agents who maximise their profits by maximising inconvenience for guests. And specifically here, two sinks. No plug that worked. One of the wine glasses missing and not replaced. And, more shockingly, NO INFORMATION PROVIDED ON HOW TO SEPARATE RUBBISH FOR RECYCLING. In this day and age, that's very poor.
