Very central in Old Town in a refurbished historic building. Walking distance to main places of interest. Clean and well stocked.
Air-conditioned. Staff were very pleasant. check in was a code self service by the time we arrived.
If you have mobility issues ask for a room on a floor that is serviced by the elevator.
Situated in old town with narrow streets so taxi had to drop us off very near.

Great location
On arrival, there was a dreadful smell from the drains in the shower area. Quickly resolved by the staff, but we had to leave the room for about an hour.
There was little space to hang your clothes and we had to ask for an iron and ironing board that was supposed to be in the room.

The staff were really helpful, Raphael was great and fixed queries we had including broken toilet. He was great and very helpful,
The location is great close to the centre but down a quiet street
The beds were very comfortable
It was secure and quiet
The flat was a bit tired and needed some TLC, chipped furniture, marks on furniture and rust in bathroom, it was habitable but had all the ingredients to be great if they spruced up a bit

Ideal location in the heart of the old town
Cheap fixtures and fittings; shower tap loose on the wall, broken shower trap, cracked sink. limited hot water meaning cold showers. 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people but only 3 breakfast bowls
