Posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storico, si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile, in particolare Isabella che è stata gentilissima e disponibile, dialogando nella nostra lingua e aiutandoci in tutte le fasi
Il bagno necessita di una ristrutturazione. Il Check in viene effettuato a 7/8 minuti a piedi di distanza, muoversi con le valigie è piuttosto scomodo. Meglio sarebbe attivare l’accesso con codici in modo da non doversi muovere avanti e indietro dalla struttura

Very clean and light. In a great neighbourhood.
The stove was impossible to work out how to use. Although there were manuals for every appliance there was not one for the stovetop! The beds were very uncomfortable.

Great location, spacious accommodation for three people. Good for a few days stay. The Juliet balconies are lovely. Plenty of linens and towels provided and comfortable beds. Check in was easy and the office is really only around the corner for key collection.
A few small things, the safe didn't work (we arrived on the Saturday and called to report but heard nothing back after the initial conversation). Things like no batteries for the TV remote, and the floors need a deep clean as our feet/socks were very dirty after walking around. But for the value for money these things are small inconveniences.

The location is good, in the good part of the old town. The size of the apartment is also good and the bar from the ground floor (the apartment is on the 1st floor) is not noisy.
There is one AC unit in the living room and none in the bedrooms. It means that everybody has to sleep with the doors opened, not good when traveling with kids and the little ones have to go to sleep earlier. All the internal doors are old and not fixed, the bathroom door and the small bedroom door both very difficult to close/open. The balconies are very small. The pillows are very cheap and bad quality...
