Happy Apartments Valencia – Lope de Vega

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place! The host was excellent, friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment was in a great location, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the main attractions. It was perfect for two people and had everything we needed, with all the necessary equipment provided. One of the highlights was having both a balcony and a terrace, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.

The location is unbeatable! Right in the middle of Old Town with a fabulous view of Lope de Vega. Great food and drink right downstairs. You can hear the bells from all over the city. Really nice little patio to people watch. We had wine out there every night and coffee every morning. There is actually 3 outdoor spaces that face both sides of the building. The place was very clean and the air conditioning worked great.

The stairs are rough. It has been mentioned before. It’s a 4th story (actually 5th floor in Spain). The stairs are tight and winding. Tough to get bags up and down. If you have mobility issues or are not in pretty good shape, it might not be for you. We planned our trips accordingly, we felt the view was worth it. The bathroom is quite small. The shower is pretty cool and good size, the rest of the bathroom is tight.

The location, super! Large apartment with good appliances and furniture. Good air conditioning.

We were received by a cockroach that kept appearing and disappearing. We managed to capture it on our last day. We did not bring food to the apartment, so it was the previous tenant. The set of stairs was very narrow and we had large luggage. We stayed on the 3rd floor.
