I had a wonderful stay, and it was really a beautiful place.

I liked the view. I had a wonderful view from my window. It was really peaceful area. close to my conference venue. In the city center. Easy to reach.

There was no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor, which was difficult. The door could not be locked from the inside, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, during windy conditions, the doors and windows produced loud rattling and knocking noises, creating the impression that someone was attempting to open the door. Also The toilet was really small though..

The apartment is really good with atmospheric view. Location in the very downtown in some cute small square. You have everything you need around. And you have all you need in the flat.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location.

We arrived after reception had closed but the check in process was quick and easy. The bed was comfy and the apartment had all mod cons. The 2 balconies were a bonus. Great location for exploring Valencia, convenient for the train station. Central but not noisy at night.

The bathroom was quite small and there was no bath.

The location, super! Large apartment with good appliances and furniture. Good air conditioning.

We were received by a cockroach that kept appearing and disappearing. We managed to capture it on our last day. We did not bring food to the apartment, so it was the previous tenant. The set of stairs was very narrow and we had large luggage. We stayed on the 3rd floor.

Lovely apartment in the heat of old town Valencia

The apartment is amazing two balconies in the room and a communal balcony on the fourth floor. The apartment is very clean and it’s in the heart of the old town. The people at happy apartments are very nice and helped us if we had any issues, I would definitely recommend.

Our internet didn’t work on the first day however they had it fixed for us in a day which was great. There was only one roll of toilet paper which for a few days and two people wasn’t ideal as we had to buy more. The apartment was on the 4th floor of some steep stairs which didn’t bother us but if you had any health problems this may be difficult.

Valencia, not to be missed.

The location of the property was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and we did enjoy our stay.

The bathroom was tiny and not fit for purpose, I felt. Also we were on the top floor and 83 steps on a circular staircase was challenging, although the site did say there wasn’t any elevator, so that was my own fault.

Great position and wonderful view

Perfect location, right in the city center. A delightful little apartment with livable terraces, equipped with everything you need, with a wonderful view!

For a night or two, the studio apartment is perfect. It might be a bit challenging for those with bulky luggage, as it is located on the fourth floor without an elevator and has rather narrow stairs. In the evening, you can hear noise from the little square below, but that's to be expected when staying in the city center. Overall, I would absolutely recommend it!

Great location!

Cheap and cheerful apartments in a really great central location. Clean and comfortable. Stayed in apartment 2. The balconies onto the square are difficult to sit on or look out of because the building is a tourist attraction so you end up in a lot of photos! I think I would choose the 4th floor apartment next time to avoid that. There’s a fantastic little coffee hut opposite the apartment entrance.

Very noisy building works next door so has a very early wake up. Not the fault of the apartment but worth knowing if you want a good sleep.

the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean. You pay a deposit of 100€ but don’t get it back even after months of contacting the apartment. The communication is very poor and I would not recommend it for this reason. My worst experience on booking.com

Superb

The location is great, near by restaurants, bus station, souvenir shops, market, ATM, del service laudry, bike Rental... everything you need! The appartment is clean and you have a great view! The people responsible from the appartment are kind and always ready to help! They even help us getting our baggage back that got lost in the airport.

For people who want to eat at home, the kitchen could have more things to help cooking

Only location.

They ask for advance payment. Deposit of 100 euros. They don't answer the phones and I had a bad experience with them. They charge you 30 euros if you don't take the trash out of the apartment. The worst experience in my 50 years and I've traveled the world.

Incredible location, decent condtion flat.

Great location. In the city center of Valencia. We found out quickly that bathroom of our apartment is in narrowest building in entire Europe. You can feel like celbrity because all the time people are taking pictures. Flat was clean and key pickup was very convinient with key locker. Good info from owner.

Despite flat being clean, it is very badly kept - walls are damaged in many places. Chair was broken, bed was broken and were not sure, if we really can sleep on it. There is to many not needed things in flat and lack of some basic stuff (place to connect water kettle, cups!). Despite reporting all those issues owner was not elastic enough to no take 20 Euro!!! per day for 2.5 kg dog with hair instead of fur.

Exceptional

Everything about the apartment was exceptional. The location was perfect just behind the main square and eveything was in a walking distance. If you want to go to the beach you can rent a bike and ride throw the beutiful park. The building is amazing in the authentic style. In the apartment you have everything you need towels, bed sheets, utensils and the kitchen is well furnished. If I come back to Valencia I would rent the apartment again.

The view and the balcony

We were not met at the appartment as our messages had not been read. We had to sit for over half an hour before we were met by a receptionist. We had an extremely heavy suitcase and had to carry it up the 82 stairs to our room. It would have been nice if Sebastian could have offered to help us. we are both in our mid 60s.

overpriced for the facilities but nice location

the location

run down, really needs some maintenance e.g. shower door and shower itself is in bad condition, no door into the toilet, dirty toilet brush. 2 single beds which continuously separate, towels provided were really worn and quite small. the electronic lock on the main entrance to the apartments is broken and anyone can enter the building from the street by just pushing in the door which is not safe. also the stairs up to the apartment is dirty and needs to be re-painted

Unhappy Apartments Valencia

Location.

Being accused of causing criminal damage to property with partial loss of deposit as a result. Poor state of apartment and unusable sofa bed and grubby bathroom. Renter beware, carry out full accompanied survey of property and photograph and video everything is my advice.
