Good location, comfortable beds and pillows.

Misunderstanding with wifi, we couldn't use it. Air conditioner cooling effect on the 2nd floor was insufficient. On the first floor mould was seen and the mould smell was very strong. For the 5th person was no towels, we had to borrow it from others. In one of bedrooms were a lot of dusts, especially on the wind machine (fan). Apartament was not clean enough. Host answered our questions only when we left the apartament the next day.

We found cockroaches in the apartment from first day to last day. We wrote to the host every day but he never solved the problem. Everything else is secondary. Ruhige zentrale Lage und die Fallas Feierlichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür... Im Wohnraum genug Platz und alles vorhanden vom Föhn bis zur Waschmaschine.

Ein paar Wasser/Stockflecken sollte man beseitigen. Ne Wandhalterung fürs WC-Papier wäre praktisch...

Location dans le centre de la ville et bien situé. Grand appartement pour 5 personnes, et bien optimisé avec ces deux salles de bains.

Beaucoup d’humidité et de moisissures. Peu de lumières dans l’appartement. Des câbles de télé et d’Internet, décrochés du mur, et dangereux. (Photos partagées) Peintures abîmées, traces et trous dans les murs. Mobilier de cuisine qui s’enlève. Un prix très élevé par rapport aux prestations servies, il est nécessaire de remettre au propre ce logement.
