Buona posizione, comodità dei servizi vicino (forno, ristorante locale, supermarket).
Pulizia molto molto scadente. Pavimenti sporchi, bagno sporco, dalla finestra del bagno entrano moscerini che girano nel bagno continuamente, in camera odore di fogna, qualche asciugamano macchiato, griglie condizionatori con ragnatele. E' un peccato poiché la casa sarebbe un buon punto di appoggio ed avrebbe delle buone potenzialità.

Appartamento dietro la Torre de Quart, a due passi dal mercato centrale. Comodo alla metro ed agli autobus. Supermercati sotto casa, forno e tabacchino accanto alla porta...a dir poco ben servito. Ambiente nuovo e ben tenuto. Completo di lavastoviglie e lavatrice all'esterno. Camera separata da porta scorrevole dall'ambiente sala/cucina.
Il bagno non ha bidet, ma in vacanza ci si adatta.
