Comfortable and clean, newer apartment fully equipped with everything you need with a store right across the street, in a quiet part of the old town , connected by bus lines from the Torres de Serranos towers, and close to tram lines 4 and 6 that connect you to Malvarossa beach. Friendly and wonderful hosts. The apartment has three air conditioners and you will not miss anything in the apartment. Comfortable mattresses complete rest and comfort. Strong recommendation for long and short stays, would come back again.

Everything was ok, communication and stay, I have no complaints.

Clean! The Clean-team (we met them) did a great job. The AC works good as well. Great location.

The apartment was lacking basic stuff like cooking utensils (there was some, but not enough to make a modest meal) Communication was difficult as they respond only after several messages (this has nothing to do with their office hours, also within their office hours, you need to chase them for an answer. It is a rather nice apartment, but the apartment is not worth the high price. The combination of price and quality is poor. Not something which harms renters but I find sad: they used materials which are not suitable and thus they can renovate the place in a fairly short time as countertop, sink, caulk lines, bathroom door etc were not moist resistant and thus are already falling apart. Bread knifes and kitchen knifes are so dull that it basically doesn't matter which side you use.
