the location was excellent, the apartment was spacious
The entrance and the stairs (as there was no elevator) were narrow.
The aircondition was not well functioning.

The location, 2 mins from Central Market is excellent. The studio apartment is well planned and was spotless. The access is with a code so you do have to worry about a key.
Also the communication with the apartment’s agents was very good.
Some basic instructions for the air con would be helpful, but everything about the property was generally very good. Only other point to note, but not a real negative, is that the apartment is on the first floor, no lift, with a slightly narrow staircase.

Location, cleanness, comfort, friendly staff who answers questions rather fast, balcony, air conditioning
Very little toilet paper for one week and three people (it wasn’t refilled by the cleaning staff), Very little salt/oil, Kind of narrow staircase
