Great apartment in a fabulous location next to the Central Market and only a 5 mins walk to Valencia Cathdral.

The location, 2 mins from Central Market is excellent. The studio apartment is well planned and was spotless. The access is with a code so you do have to worry about a key. Also the communication with the apartment’s agents was very good.

Some basic instructions for the air con would be helpful, but everything about the property was generally very good. Only other point to note, but not a real negative, is that the apartment is on the first floor, no lift, with a slightly narrow staircase.

Good and friendly communication, although the Booking.com messages said we had to pick up the keys from somewhere, when all we had to do was receive a key code.

Was a little noisy at night and early morning, but we liked being central. It was chilly in the room and the air con didn't heat up, despite having a heating function.

Brilliant location from which to explore Valencia.

Excellent location (Mercat market). Very busy but being on a side street meant not noisy. Spacious open room. Station near enough and we made some nice excursions, including to orange plantation at Carcaixent.

Internet was not the strongest which annoyed the younger members of our group, but was acceptable for us older folks.

Central and comfy

The location, right next to the Central Market is unbeatable. whilst starting to age a little the flat was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff in the office were accommodating and kind. They booked a taxi for our departure morning and it was prompt and clean.

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain too well. We let the office know and they said they’d look into it. The 4pm check in was a challenge after travelling for 24 hours. The stairwell is super narrow (only one suitcase wide) and the stairs are steep and was difficult with suitcases. None of this effected our stay and we would stay here again.

Good city centre location

The location is amazing , right in the centre. The check in and collection of the keys was very efficient . The apartment was nice with everything you need .

We stayed on the 4th floor and the stairs are VERY steep , narrow and slippy . We were only staying for 2 nights so didn’t have suitcases , you would struggle to get suitcases up those stairs . not for the unfit or faint hearted .

I would not return and do not recommend

The flat is in the heart of Valencia, steps away from the Central Market. Upon arrival, the flat was clean and orderly. The washing machine and air conditioning worked well.

The property has a major ant infestation problem. Upon arrival, there were ants wandering all over the flat. On the floor, kitchen counter, bathroom, living room area. We had to put our food in the refrigerator to keep them out of reach from the ants. The ants still managed to get into a plastic bag in the bedroom area that had dirty laundry in it. We had requested an airport shuttle pickup. They confirmed days before our arrival, yet didn't provide any instructions. About an hour before our departure to Valencia (a one hour flight), I contacted the property for instructions. Instead, they sent me a message reminding me that if I arrive late, I will be charged extra for a late arrival (as per contract), followed by a message saying that I should contact them about 20 min before my arrival to the property so that they can meet us and let us in. I inquired again about instructions for shuttle, and they finally provided. It seems that they had forgotten about my shuttle request. Meanwhile, they continued messaging that they'll charge a fee for late arrival (they seem to be very good at reminding of the late penalty, not so much in remembering about the shuttle). I did pay the late fee as my flight was delayed by an hour. Transfer from the airport to the property was not smooth either. We were told that a person would meet us at the flat to let us in the property. The shuttle/taxi driver had contacted them once we were picked up so they knew we were coming, yet they didn't meet us at the property. Instead, we had to wonder around the streets with bags, kids and all looking for the office while on the phone with them. There are 76 steps to go up to reach the fourth floor flat in a very narrow and steep stairway. The Wi-Fi signal was so weak that it would drop off every few minutes. Sending emails was challenging. Forget surfing or streaming. There are many flats and hotels in the area. You should consider them.

The location was perfect, right next to the old market. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The apartment was a good size and really clean! And above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful.!

There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t one English tv channel.

Very good

Fantastic location with everything you might need available in the flat. We had very smooth and efficient check-in with Sandra. She also provided us with great information about the city and was very helpful and friendly, as was her colleague Alessio.

However, check-out was a very bad experience. Isabel, the manager, arrived at our apartment before check-out to demand we be ready to leave immediately despite us not even being late. After explaining that we were almost ready to leave, she continued to demand we need to go as the cleaner was waiting to come in! Instead of allowing us then to leave quickly as she had demanded, she instead delayed us by continuing to rant and ensure that we listened to her most unpleasant, loud demeanour. She also instructed us of what to do before leaving, which was both completely patronising and unnecessary. Isabel was an altogether rude individual who would be more suited to a non-customer facing position where her personal frustrations need not be taken out on guests!
