As a suggestion perhaps install light as you enter the property. Going up the stairs when its dark was not great.

The loft is very spacious and well designed for a say of two. The best part is the location in the historic center, near every museum and of course the mercat, but also the shops and restaurants. It is also very easy to go to the beach by bus. The organisation is simple and hosts very nice.
The equipment for cooking is minimalistic, small and the bad part, in plastic.

the location was excellent, the apartment was spacious
The entrance and the stairs (as there was no elevator) were narrow. The aircondition was not well functioning.

The location, 2 mins from Central Market is excellent. The studio apartment is well planned and was spotless. The access is with a code so you do have to worry about a key. Also the communication with the apartment’s agents was very good.
Some basic instructions for the air con would be helpful, but everything about the property was generally very good. Only other point to note, but not a real negative, is that the apartment is on the first floor, no lift, with a slightly narrow staircase.
