Location was excellent, comfy bed, spacious, well presented. Good communication with Beatriz.
Shower could have been cleaner, a few hairs around the shower walls which was a shame as that was all that let the apartment down.

It is in a very good central area, 2-3 minutes walk from the center with many shops and terraces
the noise level, although the apartment is located on a higher floor, is still a bit high, so for those sensitive to noise, it is harder to rest

Excellent location in the heart of the old town.
Very clean and well-equipped

Location was great, washer worked great
Odd layout, broken/lifted floor tile, shower needs maintenance… black grout and sealant. The air conditioner barely works. The location is good for daytime, horrible if you value sleep. We checked out a day early because, despite using earplugs, it is too noisy to sleep. Finally, the sewer smells from the elevator is hard to ignore.
