Location was good.

This property was a complete scam and should not be listed on Booking.com. We booked for a family holiday (13 people) and were given two apartments. The larger one was dirty and unsafe. Furniture and blinds was broken, the kitchen unusable, and there were poor discoloured towels left on a stand. Drawers were full of clutter and rubbish from previous occupants. We could not cook and eat together as a family and had to eat out. To make matters worse, the police came to the apartment asking questions about the owners. This was deeply unsettling. We are rental owners ourselves and know what standards should be — this property does not meet even the most basic.

Excellent location, relaxing and comfortable

Excellent location close to the market and historic sites. The host was always immediately responsive. A nice place to relax after sightseeing with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge.

The only issue for me was the lack of a window to see outside but I think this is quite typical of such apartments in Spanish cities.

DO NOT BOOK THE 15M2 ROOM

It's unhealthy and unsafe. Other than the poor condition in the description, you will find: - First they change our room, and than they change It back, 5 days before the reservation, saying that we could cancel our reservation. As if you could find some place affordable 5 days before your trip; - sewers are not just old, every shower you will take It will flow your bathroom and you will have to clean It EVERYTIME. And of course we had to use a pillowcase to dry the mess cause there was nothing to use for it; - EVERYTIME you flush the toilet, a horrible smell come out from the sink in the room; - the balcony Is not usable since its occupied by a conditioner and other garbage (It seems that this situation Is going on for years now, don't trust the pictures); - we had to seal the bathroom Door since we had to kill 8 cockroaches; - broken air conditioning duct that could be a potential unhealthy entrance for bugs; - no key for one of the door you will find to access the room. We found It closed One night and get inside only cause someone was there and open the Door from the inside; - there was a bucket filled with dirty water in the stairs for all the week we stayed there; - elevator not working at all; - terrible neighbourgs... We had the door blocked for two days by the clothes drying rack. And yes, great location, but ABSOLUTELY not worth 100€ per night. It's unsafe and unhealthy. Shouldn't even be on rent. Worst experience ever.

The location was exceptional! You can’t get a better location. The property owner was great!

The balcony is misleading, there’s three air conditioners, two mop buckets, a garbage can, and a folding table which allows no room for a real balcony. A balcony should not be advertised. The shower floods, so you can only take a very quick shower and there were bugs 🪳 - it is close to the city so I understand there are bugs but Unfortunately, it must’ve been between treatments. If you flush the toilet more than once, the kitchen sink smells like sewage for 15 minutes.

Good location but I wouldn’t stay again

Great location

Dirty in areas Only one key so between two people this is difficult. Also in the event of a fire if you don’t have the key you can’t leave the building through the final exit door! No cooking facilities. Many of the sockets were broken and unsafe. The host messaged me after booking to change the apartment I selected to a different one. If I didn’t accept she would cancel. I could not cancel as it was too short notice !

Great apartment, great location!!

Very stylish apartment in a fantastic location, right in the middle of it all. Mila could not do enough for us. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the attractions we were interested in and just very pleasant overall. Fantastic bars and restaurants on the door step and only a 20 minute walk from the beautiful Jardì Tùria and Oceanographic etc. Everywhere you look, there's beautiful buildings/ fountains etc

We loved the stylish flat but the sofa and the bed weren't the most comfortable and perhaps more cutlery would be helpful. There was nowhere to dry clothes but in all honesty, these little things really didn't cause any problems.... just observations. I love to cook and the kitchen itself was a very nice place to prepare food. We'll be back without a doubt xxd

Great Location but lacking natural light and not a luxury stay.

This place is all about the Location ! it is quite simply superbly located and therefore good value for money. You are in the heart of Valencia when you step outside the door.

There is no natural light in the apartment - great location but not a great apartment to spend any time in - therefore it is perfect for backpackers, students - people who will be out late at night. It would not be great for families with small children or visitors who won't be out late - quite simply because it is not a particularly pretty or comfortable space to spend time in. The photos are real, it has old furniture and not hugely comfortable but fine - but the lack of natural light is disappointing.

Dilapidated apartment, broken toilets, and non-compliant condominium context.

Only the location

We had chosen an apartment on a specific street, but it was at a different address. The stairs to access the apartment were extremely dirty, and the entrance door was an iron gate that could only be opened and closed with a key, making it very dangerous in case of an emergency. The bathroom had issues with water drainage from the shower and toilet. The balcony was inaccessible because there were three air conditioner units blocking it. Our apartment was separated from the adjacent one by a very thin wall. The neighbor would leave the trash behind their door for several days, causing terrible odors. I don't understand how they can allow such activities!

Apartment with great potential, but inefficient cleanliness and thin walls

Location was of course great. Host has given some chocolate and a bottle of water as a present which was a nice gesture. Enough towels and dishes were present. Bed was comfy.

Apartment was at different address than in the description and VERY different to shared pictures. There were a LOT of small cockroaches in the whole apartment. At one point I opened the fridge and the fridge was shaking a bit and so many suddenly came out from under it. I know that they can be abundant when it's really hot but no other person that I talked to had these kind of problems in May! I felt really gross, since they also started to crawl into my shoes, the fridge and were also everywhere in the bathroom (under the toilet seat!!). I booked the apartment with a balcony however it was used as a storage place with zero space left to step outside which was really annoying. Showering was a hassle, since you had to press the toilet flush in between to let the shower water drain. It is quite loud from the streets, but that was to be expected in the middle of the center. However, guests next to me were even louder with suddenly starting to play guitar or cook at 3am with their doors open. I guess with that I was just unlucky.

Spacious and comfortable.

Lots of space, separate bedrooms, parking very close to the property. Excellent location in the centre of the city which gave easy access to many places to visit. Supermarket is very close plus various other shops and bakeries. The building has a concierge who was very helpful and check-in was excellent.

We had booked cozy apartment, Valencia from June 22-24, 2022. The ac was not working, there were no fans in the apartment, as such no air circulation in the apartment. A very old, run down place with paint peeling off the walls and broken furniture. I was travelling in a group of 9 people, including my old parents and 4 children. We had to shift to another aprtment that we booked at 11 pm in the night with the entire entourage, which was really troublesome . The owner was also very discourteous and instead of getting the problem fixed, she did not not even refund the full money for the accomodation, even though we we did not stay in the apartment for even 1 night. Her excuse was that u had used the kitchen and toilet for the 2 hours u stayed in the apartment (after driving from barcelona it cant be expected that we will not use the washroom or cook something for the hungry children. We left the aprtment exactly in the condition we received it). The technician she sent also could not fix the problem of the ac and left after just saying 'sorry'. Even the booking.com washed its hands off the entire thing and did not provide any satisfactory service to us in the regard. Very very disappointed.

Very spacy, big, shady terrace, two toilets, everything clean, perfect location in old centre and, above all, very kind and helpful host lady. She even bought us food for the dinner because we arrived late (in some appartments you shoud pay extra money if you arrive after 22.00).

We have made a reservation for this apartment 15 min before our arrival, and very hospitality owner met us personally. She told us what we can see in Valencia, recommended a delicious restaurant that is open during siesta. Flat is comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom near the central food market.

Achtung! Nie Calle de Mayans akzeptieren!

Lage

Der Zustand der Wohnung in der Calle de Mayans, ja, einer anderen Adresse wie beworben ist einfach nur widerlich. Der angegeben Balkon kann nicht betreten werden da sich dort 3 Klimaanlagen befinden, Lärm inkludiert. Nach ein paar Tagen ging die Tür nicht mehr auf und Fenster gibt es keine. Beim Nutzen der Klospülung kommt Wasser aus dem Waschbeckenabfluss. Man hat permanent Lärm der Touri Restaurants von unten, die ab 8 Uhr morgens aufbauen. Der Duschkopf kann nicht bewegt werden, also muss man die Brause halten, in einer winzigen Dusche. Früher check out wurde verweigert. Ich werde Anzeige erstatten!

La ubicacion inmejorable, buena locomocion, la calefaccion.

Mala ubicacion de las camas, mala ubicacion de los baños, muy mala iluminacion natural y artificial. Departamento en general falto de mantencion. Ropa de cama y baño desgastados. Muy mala aislacion, se escuchaba lo que hablaban en los pasillos y departamentos contiguos.
