About this apartment rental
“ABASTOS” It is an apartment decorated with great care and a lot of style, providing all the comforts. Spectacular parquet floor. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is located next to Mercado de Abastos.
Bright and beautiful apartment located walking distance to the city center. Bus stops are located within 3 minutes walk, metro stops are 10 minutes by foot, and taxis are available right out front. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. Several grocery stores are within 5 minutes walking distance. The beach is only a bus ride away! There is a major gym with a pool located around the corner with daily use access. Public parking garage also nearby. The apartment is an easy fit for families with kids. There is an elevator, but the apartment is on the first floor if you prefer to walk up. It feels like a home, and at the end of a long day touring the sights it's a place you want to return to for relaxing.
The entrance has direct access to the dining room which is spacious and bright. It has a large table with 6 chairs with capacity for 8 people.
It has a double sofa and two armchairs. It has T. V., DVD and music equipment.
Through a large window you can see the kitchen, spacious and equipped with oven, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hood extractor, and kettle (kettel). It has a table with 4 chairs.
The master bedroom is very spacious, with a dressing area and a window that overlooks the back side of the building (indoors area).
The bed is 150x200cm. There is a bathroom integrated into the room itself, with a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet and a bidet.
The second bedroom is double, with a bed size of 135x200cm.
And the third one has two single beds.
The three bedrooms have large closets with sliding doors.
In the corridor there is also a large closet with much capacity and where the electric boiler is, an auxiliary drying rack, the iron and ironing board. There are also vacuum cleaner and several fans.
The second independent bathroom, is in the hallway, equipped with bathtub, washbasin, WC and bidet.
In the house there is a hair dryer, a travel cot and a travel highchair for children.
It has air conditioning (in the master bedroom and living room) and WIFI. There is automatic central heating, with radiators in all rooms.
The orientation of the living room is South. It is bright and airy.

"ABASTOS" It is right next to the famous market of Abastos of Valencia. A 15 minute walk is the center of the city where the Cathedral is located and the shops of the center are 20 minutes away.
There are bus and metro stops within a 2-minute walk.

We had an amazing stay at Dulce’s Maria apartment! The place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions, but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day.The host Dulce was absolutely wonderful—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Communication was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze.I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was overall nice but we had issues with the host upon check-in. She tried to collect extra fees upon check-in that were not disclosed in the Vrbo listing. After arguing with her for a while I finally had to call Vrbo to settle the issue which they did. This is the first time we’ve had this happen after staying in multiple vacation rentals. Other then that it was a decent property. It was spacious and all the appliances worked well, especially the washer/dryer. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance but most of the main attractions required short taxi rides.
