Very risky option. Not supportive staff

Location and have one bedroom isolated from the kitchen

Lovely apartment and location was great and place was spotless and would stay again.

it was tricky as you need phone signal to access the door but they do send you the WIFI so you can connect to that to open the door, so it was all good. the place did not quite look like the pictures advertised but was clean and tidy and everything was exactly what we needed for our city visit. it would be nice to have some sachets of tea and coffee so you could make a drink on arrival bar that it was great.

Location old town & large roomy size.Auto Door Locking System. Fridge . Bathroom . Bed comfortable. Comfortable temperature.

Fallen into a trap.

Solely the location.

The flat should never be listed by Booking, because it doesn't have the minimum acceptable standards. Old, dirty, precarious, sink tap gushing water, shower with cold water, unhygienic conditions. Not to mention that we were given a flat completely different from the one we had booked. After much complaining, we were given another flat, which was just as bad.

The location. Super convenient location, very walkable to main attractions and sites.

The bathroom smells like the sewage!! The noise from the street was loud till midnight. Even in the middle of the night, people are still walking, talking loudly!!

It was all very basic, poor quality furnishings, flooring and lack of kitchen equipment, e. g cleaning products, bread knife, ice tray in freezer. No plug in the bathroom or soap in the dispenser and a foul smell but the shower was good! The settee cover was dirty and covered with sheets rather than being laundered. WiFi was very intermittent.We booked for 28 days and the office acknowledged that the accommodation was not suitable for long stay. Clearly this wasn't stated at booking. In short, you get what you pay for!

The location and value are excellent. The best coffee shop in Valencia is just up the street. The place was very clean and pretty quiet at night. The host was welcoming and provided us an extra set of keys upon request. Would definitely book again.

Hot

Very quiet and in the city center. Clean. In itself, the apartment is good looking.

We stayed at the 5th floor which is hot, boiling hot, requiring a/c continously. The roof is hot to the touch in late afternoon till late night in August. There was basically no sight outside, windows are squares of 30cm with opaque glass so if you don't open them, you can't see outside. And this works for the bed room because in the living room there are no windows whatsoever, just glass blocks to let some light in. Including light from the stairs so if anybody in the whole building switches on the light in the stairs, you get light in, and if you are 4 it means someone is sleeping in the sofa. The roof of the bedroom is, for the most, so low that you cannot stand even if you are 10 years old. So... In the end, I believe it was significantly overpriced.

Fantastic location. Just 5 minutes walk from the cafes, bars etc in a quiet safe area. Good communication from letting agent. Easy access to keys from agent who were next door to apartment. The appartment was old and a bit worn however it was a great price for the location. It was very clean and very well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfy.

If you are bothered about noise, this property does not have double glazing so appartements on the street side can be a bit noisy in the evenings (but I was there during las Fallas!). It was quiet in the mornings.

the location is really good and the property had everything we needed

The room was a bit lived in in places, marks on furniture etc but nothing bad. the 200 euro deposit was asked for over whatsapp which I didn’t really want to do as it didn’t feel as safe as perhaps paying it through booking.com.
