The location is perfect for exploring the old town. Even with an apartment based in the old town, the area was quiet at night. Maria was in touch several times during our stay to check if we needed anything.

Fantastic apartment in the old city of Valencia. Perfect for a mid-longterm stay in Valencia. The agency was very reactive and helpful.

A remark to be considered: The apartment is as all old houses badly isolated for noise. Noisy neighbours may impact sleep quality at night. Visitors should be fit to walk stairs.

The central location The decorations The old building historical look The ease of checking in and out and the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. They agreed to give us an early check-in free of charge and allowed us to leave our suitcase early on arrival

The flat was extremely noisy at night as it is overlooking a plaza full of young people pouring in and out of clubs and bars and drinking in the streets being very loud until 3am every night. There is double glazing but the noise is still very loud. Also the flat is fitted with a nearly poisonous level of plug in chemical hair fresheners (even one by the bed head in the small front room) that we unplugged as soon as we arrived. However despite opening all the windows for several hours (and suffering even more nuisance from the street noise) the chemical smells still lingered very strongly making the whole flat smell like a toilet just been spread after a number 2. Another issue is the shower drain is draining very poorly and as soon as the water starts running, the whole bathroom and leaving room get completely flooded. We raised this with them and they said they sent someone but the next morning the problem was still there. Be ready for mopping a pool after your shower. We actually felt sorry for the owner of the flat below which is very likely to start getting serious water damage on their ceiling. Honestly for the price it wasn't as nice as expected. Be aware of the night noise issue and please if you manage this flat repair the shower and stop using these awful air fresheners.
