Great price, fab location, just what we needed.

Central location, comfortable beds, lovely and clean

Could have been a bit more loo roll- only 4 rolls for 10 people! One bathroom shower needed to be held above your head as wasnt attached to wall but great if youre not washing hair!

Right in the heart! Excellent place to "experience the real Valencia way of live"

The location is awesome. Just between the old center and the more 'yes, here do the locals live' area. The apartment is spacious and has everything to enjoy the stay in Valencia. Dishwasher, Washing machine, Towel (super-kingsize format) en private room for everyone. The host is very attentive. This apartment lies in the Valenciana variant of the Eixample. Which means that around every corner there is a surprise!

Well, be aware that life in Spain after sunset ... is enjoyed to the max. Housing is build in Spain in such a way that it easily caries the sounds of neighbors and street sounds. And although there is a law that prohibits excessive (+35 db I guess) volume between 2300 and 0800 depending on where you are, when fun takes over, not may people seem to remember ;-) But that is an exceptionally good reason to join in!

good location and ideal for a group. owner agreed to a later checkout

unfortunately there was no hot water for the duration of the trip and I was not updated by contact Salva. there were loose floor tiles which were trip hazards and a door handle missing from the inside one of the bathroom doors which caused people to get stuck and had to shout out for help. the bathrooms were a little scruffy and in need of updating. I am extremely disappointed the owner is not considering and compensation and that Booking . com cannot help either. it has put me off using again

Good for groups in central Valencia

Great location which made it easy to get to lots of places, there was a key lock box for simple self check-in, and plenty of room for a group of 8 to stay (most of the bedrooms with sun in the morning, too!). We could also check in slightly earlier on our first day which was a huge help.

There wasn't anything indicating the WiFi password in the apartment, so we had to ask for it. The dishwasher didn't seem to work (it would switch off after 5 minutes). The kitchen was very basic, there weren't even any sharp knives or chopping boards to cut bread/cheese etc.

Good

The house was located very close to the main station and a lot of restaurants and cafes available very close by. The handover of the keys was smooth as the owner only had to send the code for the main entrance and a code for to collect the main house key form the lockbox.

During the stay the microwave did not work and there were few utensils for cooking. Also when we used the kitchen tap, there was shock on the water. It was very hard to not use the kitchen tap. Because of new year the owner also could not send any electrician to fix the issue. So we had to live with it for 3 days.

Very disappointed with staff

- nice location - spacious apartment

- The staff was very disappointing. They didn’t help us with any issues. - We paid the rental costs on booking.com but the hotel tried to double fee us because they got our MasterCard info. However I closed the card. - There were cockroaches in the bathroom!! - The stove didn’t work so we couldn’t cook - The WiFi didn’t work - Nobody helped us during the stay, but 1 hour before leaving we were contacted and promised to get 60euros back because of the cockroaches, but we haven’t received anything.

Ce logement a été le point noir de notre séjour

La vue (ça dépend des appartements)

Accueil très froid, voire désagréable. On a l'impression d'être bête quand on pose des questions assez logiques (places attribuées ou non, emplacement du logement dans le complexe ; réponse : "Ben, à votre avis ?"). Obligés de demander comment se déroulent les choses durant notre séjour, ceci paraissait évident pour le Monsieur. La dame nous a fait passer pour des voleurs et des menteurs, obligeant à faire remarquer les amas de poussière dans l'escalier pour justifier l'état de saleté de l'ensemble du complexe et de l'appartement. C'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à une telle altercation lors de nos déplacements. Ensemble très sale et vétuste. Enfin, le linge de lit nous a été donné dans un grand sac orange à l'accueil (attention, 17 euros de supplément si vous voulez une seconde paire de draps) à nous de tout installer, avec un simple drap faisant office de protège de matelas.
