The house is located in the Ruzafa neighborhood, a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre and close to metro and bus stations. The apartment is clean and spacious, we were eight people and we had no problems in sharing the space. The two bathrooms are both fully equipped and comfortable. The host gave us all the information we needed to reach the apartment and to pick up the keys inside the building. When we had a small issue with the sink, they responded immediately and fixed the problem. As some people have noted, it's not always quite at night, sometimes you can hear other residents walking down the stairs, but only if they're noisy! Otherwise, you won't hear anything. Not a big deal at all. I highly recommend it.

Give better locks to the bathroom doors maybe :)

Location was in a great part of the city. Reasonably quiet and convenient.

Would have liked a balcony.

This location in a nice neighborhood, not too long a walk from the historic city center, is excellent, and the room was fine. Entry was easy.

We were assured it was on the ground floor, but that was not true. We had to climb a flight of stairs to get to it. The internet only worked occasionally, never efficiently. We had to go to the lobby of the building next door, which was extremely inconvenient. For that reason, I would not return here, as reliable online access is very important for us.
