Perfect location, good beds, space to leave your luggage. We could do ironing and air conditioning, also a kitchen (we did not use it) with microwave, small fridge. Very good room for a city break.
The garbage was not taken for the last reservation ahead of us and nobody came to collect it. I think they simply forgot and these things happen, but after 4 nights we had our garbage as well and it was unpleasant experience (not smell but it was already full when we checked-in). Also, only one pair of towels for 4 nights (I would have loved at least one change, they were very wet after a while). My room did not have a balcony.

The location is great, there are plenty of things to do nearby, as well as many restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. The interior of the apartment was decent and the overall equipment was okay.
It was noticeable that the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. We had to rewash the dishes before using them, and there was also a very limited amount of kitchenware. The biggest downside, however, was the noise. The apartment has very poor sound insulation, and you can hear almost everything from outside and neighboring units.

Overall our stay was fine. The apartment was big enough for two people and in a very convenient location; less than 30 mins from the historic city centre and with plenty of bars/restaurants in the area.
I did not like that the checking information was only shared an hour prior to my scheduled check-in time and that I had to message the property a couple of times in order to get the information. The apartment was at the lower floor (which wasn't clear during the booking) so there was a little bit of noise from the surrounding rooms; however it was facing an internal yard so it was safely away from the street and any street noise. There was a light damp smell although the room was clean and we had issues with the wifi as the information in the room and in the initial comms from the property were incorrect (this was sorted eventually on our 3rd day)
