We enjoyed our stay in this fresh renovated loft. Good beds, nice kitchen.

The Ruzafa Loft was newly renovated. Beautiful small loft, with everything you need for a short stay in the city. The kitchen is well equipped. The loft is clean and the beds were good.

We would have loved to have a few different types of pillows. There were only high pillows, which did not work for me and my partner. Also all the lights in the apartment are very bright, which doesn't allow you to wind down in the evening. Even the bedside light were bright white.

Lovely place. Would come back again.

Room had a number of amenities which were useful. Location was good and central to gyms and supermarkets. There wasnt a lot of noise and the temperature of the room was good.

Dish washer and hoover maybe but the actual room exceeded expectations.

Location was very good and easily accessible. It had all the amenities and facilities exactly as described. The staff I communicated with by phone were polite, very quick to help, and professional.

Good quality-price very close to Ruzafa.

Good quality / price ratio, decent location, just outside Ruzafa. However it's on the ground floor, directly accesed through the street, it's not very noise but can be a discomfort for someone more sensible.

It feels a bit cheap inside with everything kept at a minimum, but maintained. The bathroom is poorly equiped with no soap, no towels hangers, no shelf in the shower to put anything. We stayed for 1 week and there was no cleaning at all.

You should install a towel hangers in bathroom and maybe a few shelves in bathroom.( this is not a criticizm its just a suggestion to improove bathroom)

Great place for active and independent travelers on a budget.

Good location, 20 minute walk to the center and 15 to the City of Arts and Sciences. New furniture (ikea style), multiple beds to choose from. Bus connections to the beach. Calm and silent at night, safe neighborhood. Ruzafa market is 8 minutes away, great place for fresh local groceries. The apartment is a remodeled store space at the ground floor with a glass door and windows, but the thick curtains provide privacy.

Be aware that the little room with bunk beds has no windows and no separate air conditioning units. It can get quite stuffy if the door is closed. The selective trash containers are right across the street in front of the apartment, not a great view, but not stinky.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Location was good

Getting the keys was a terrible experience. I was told someone would meet me and an hour prior to my arrival, I was told that was no longer possible and I would have to send pictures of my passport and credit card in order to get the keys. This was what I was trying to avoid in the first place (I didn't want to email these sensitive documents). But I had to do it or else I wouldn't be able to get into the place. When I arrived, there were NO keys in the lock box so I had to wait for someone to bring them to me. When I was checking out of the place, the next renters were already at the door trying to get in. So the communication around arrival times and check-in was awful. Also, the property has no windows! A big fire hazard.

Great location and very spacious apartment

Only one small mirror in the bathroom, no mirrors in the room or living area which was annoying. Also one of the bed was very shaky and unstable.

Very dark appartment, no windows, ground floor, door is leading directly to the street

Location is good

There are no windows in the appartment, though you can see the day light in the photos. It’s not true, the appt is very dark without the windows. Also the bed was broken and entire house could hear an awful sound once someone rolls over in the night. Additional thing - this is ground floor. Your glass door is leading directly to the street. Also they want deposit 250€. This is not bad itself, but they want you to send them by mail the card number and other security details. When we tried to refuse and asked to withdraw money from the account we provided during booking they said it is impossible.

Valencia è molto bella. Probabilmente torneremo con la bella stagione per godere del mare.

Sebbene si trattasse di un soft con ingresso che dava direttamente sul marciapiede, l'appartamento era abbastanza silenzioso e la cucina era nuova e dotata di tutto il necessario.

Poiché siamo arrivato in aereo ed abbiamo spesso cucinato in appartamento, non era presente un kit con lo stretto necessario per cucinare, sale, pepe, olio ed aceto, spugne per lavare i piatti. Abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto questo in grandi confezioni che abbiamo usato pochissimo (sei giorni) e poi abbiamo abbandonato il tutto.

Comodidad a 15 minutos de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias

Bajo cómodo, silencioso y muy nuevo. La cama era cómoda, el baño estaba en muy buenas condiciones y los electrodomésticos estaban muy bien. Bien decorado.

En la cocina solo había un estropajo y jabón, ni una bayeta, ni papel de cocina. En el baño solo había 2 rollos de papel higiénico. Todo muy escaso. El motor de la bomba de aire caliente era muy ruidoso.

En general bastant bé, però molta calor de l'escalfador d'aigua

Era acollidor, hi havia tot el necessari i estava molt net. Està molt a prop del transport públic i el barri és tranquil.

La ventilació del lavabo no funcionava molt bé i al cap d'una estona engegada feia entrar mala olor. L'escalfador d'aigua situat a la cuina-menjador-dormitori emetia molta calor i escalfava molt l'habitació, i com que no hi ha cap altre finestra per ventila, vam haver de tenir l'aire condicionat engegat més del que ens hauria agradat.

Hygiëne kan beter (bij aankomst zijn er in de badkamer veel haren en stof zichtbaar), geen schoonmaak gedurende 1 week dat we er waren (handdoeken konden we zelf wassen in de wasmachine)

L'appartement était grand.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau froide. Des fourmis plein l'espace cuisine. Aucun élément culinaire de base, sel poivre huile ..., même les capsules de café étaient au nombre de 3 pour 3 personnes et pour une location d'une semaine !!! Sans parler du papier toilette 2 rouleaux pour une semaine. La chambre aveugle, ainsi que la salle de bain. Transformation de garage en appartement de location.

Volveré cada vez que vaya a Valencia

Espectacular, el aire acondicionado iba perfecto y enfriaba bien la casa. Las camadas cómodas y todo muy limpio y ordenado. La ubicación está realmente cerca de todo tipo de facilidades y a 10 minutos de la ciudad de artes y las ciencias. Hay una pizzería y gelateria a 10 minutos (Raffaello Pasta e Pizza) súper bien de precios y muy muy buena comida y gelato. Tiene una parada de bus cerca que comunica la línea con todo lo importante.

Hay poco sitio para aparcar. Por lo demás todo bien.

De check-in was goed geregeld en er werd goed contact gelegd vanuit de verhuurder. Locatie was top, 20 minuten lopen uit het centrum en 10 minuten richting de Turia.

Beperkt aantal handdoeken voor 6 dagen, maar er was wel een wasmachine aanwezig.

L'emplacement, l'équipement et propreté

L’appartement est bien situé, propre et conforme aux photos. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été gâchée par une mauvaise gestion du dépôt de garantie. Avant mon arrivée, j’ai renseigné ma carte bancaire comme demandé. L’établissement m’a donné l’accès sans avoir prélevé le dépôt. Ce n’est qu’après installation qu’on m’a informé que le dépôt avait été refusé, et j’ai été mis sous pression pour régulariser immédiatement, malgré mes explications et ma bonne foi. J’ai proposé des solutions raisonnables (vérification à la sortie, engagement de responsabilité), mais aucune souplesse ni compréhension n’ont été montrées. Le ton est devenu froid, presque menaçant, et plusieurs interlocuteurs se sont relayés sans cohérence. À la fin, on a même refusé de m’émettre une facture, ce qui est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement tant que ces pratiques ne sont pas revues
