No high expectations.

Close to city centre, easy to arrive from the airport. Host is sending you everything on whattsup, fast responsive.

Something that some would not mind, but the glass door (the only thing separating your room from exterior) is at the ground floor of a block of flats exiting directly to a inner park and vicinity to a restaurant, practically there is noise and lights from people outside. Anybody walking or talking could be a reason of discomfort. There is also no heating, and in the winter time could be problematic, the air conditioning is not doing a very good job in heating the place. Nobody is cleaning, there is no physical contact with the owners or staff, at checkout you are advised to remove your garbage and take it to the dumpster.

I do t recommend

The location was good, nice kitchen.

There were cockroaches! The digital lock didn’t work properly, which resulted in a fact that someone having the access to the digital key opened our flat without us knowing about it. Very poor sound isolation, you can hear everything that neighbours are doing. You can also hear noises from the street and a restaurant nearby. The curtains are not fully covering the light, it’s quite light inside in the morning. There are no windows! The owner refused to give us refund after our experience with cockroaches and malfunctioning digital lock. I would definitely not recommend this place for a stay.

Nice if you don’t look to close

It looks modern, the bathroom itself, the bed and kitchen was fine! And it even comes with a washing machine. The location is also really good and the process of getting into the apartment is easy.

Apartment E has a huge patch of mold on the ceiling! We tried to complain and they just told us that “it’s not dangerous”, which is not true. Even short stays in moldy rooms are really not recommended. From further away everything looks nice, but we also had some cockroaches in the room. In apartment E the neighbors (it sounded like people living there) are quite loud. Some of the apartments are facing a park with trees and on the shade-side of the building, so it’s quite dark in the room. Also there is only the possibility to open the front door, no other windows. Everyone can look inside.

Decent accommodation in a nice, accessible area.

It was easy to find, had enough amenities for the week.

Neighbours were pretty loud, there was banging sound like construction all day and even in the night. Also, it took customer service half an hour to help me get into the property.

Good place, central and affordable

The apartment is fully furnished and exactly has a bus stop in front which makes it somehow central. The apartment itself has a coffee machine, a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.

Unfortunatly when we arrived, the fridge has old food from previous booking and the bathroom was not 100 clean.

Nice place to stay for a short weekend if you plan on being out and about rather than staying in a lot.

The shower was good. The bed was large. AC worked perfectly and although on a public courtyard it was quiet.

There is too much furniture in the room but not much space for clothes etc. Also no window just the main door which is frosted, this makes it feel a bit like a garage or store room.

Overall, the stay was good though and we enjoyed Valencia.

Everything was clean and the staff were nice!

The couch bed was very uncomfortable and you can’t shower while doing laundry cause the hot water will run out. The location smelled a bit like urine due to many dogs in the area.

It was excellent, strongly recommend

The place was extremely clean and modern. There was also a nice welcoming amenities like wrapped sponges, cleaning capsule for the washing, coffee capsules and more. The location is close to the center and it was quite. Would visit again if going to Valencia and it is free.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged and had to wait for the water do go down. The host didn't respondent on two of the numbers we wrote about it. However it is something minor compared to the value it provided.

Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato abbastanza comodo un paio di kilometri dal centro città ,ma con collegamenti appena fuori dalla porta, servizi e negozi nei dintorni all'isolato.

Quello che non mi è piaciuto è la porta di ingresso, probabilmente è stata forzata bisognerebbe sistemarla l'ho vista poco sicura, Manca un piccolo armadio, un comodino e qualche mobiletto per poter appoggiare gli indumenti sia nella camera che in bagno,

Posizione comoda al centro storico e alle strutture di Calatrava. Pulito e nuovo.

Difficoltà nell'utilizzo del link per apertura porta. Funzionava solo dall'APP Booking su un telefono mentre nelle mail inviate e in wapp il link risultava troncato e inutilizzabile. Unica porta finestra di accesso che limita luce solare e cambio aria.

Inaccettabile

Ottima posizione.

Pulizia decisamente insufficiente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tazze e posate sporche, tavolo sporco, briciole nei cassetti, sul tavolo e sulle sedie, polvere sotto il tavolo, macchie gialle evidenti su divano, cuscini e sulla coperta! Mancavano inoltre bollitore e condimenti (mai successo se si paga la cucina il minimo è sempre presente) e l’acqua calda non era sufficiente nemmeno per due docce consecutive. Dopo la nostra segnalazione sono venuti a pulire, ma il miglioramento è stato minimo: il pavimento era ancora molto sporco, tanto che la nostra bambina, gattonando, si ritrovava con le ginocchia completamente grigie. La coperta macchiata di giallo non è stata sostituita, ma semplicemente riposta nel guardaroba come se fossimo stupidi. Per il prezzo richiesto, una situazione decisamente inaccettabile. Peccato, perché con una pulizia adeguata l’alloggio potrebbe essere molto migliore. E non condivido le foto per pudore perché certe immagini fanno senso solo a vederle.

Läget var bra.

Fruktansvärt lyhört. Hade en busshållplats 2 meter utanför ytterdörren. Det var som att sova utomhus då det stora fönster/dörrpartiet inte var isolerat, så det lät som att alla som väntade på bussen stod i vårt rum och pratade. Det kunde vara flera kuddvar i lägenheten när man hyr 8 nätter. Soffan behöver tvättas. Ville inte sitta i den pga alla fläckar.

Łazienka z nowym wyposażeniem. Kuchnia z nowym wyposażeniem. Do bry internet. Wejście do lokalu przez aplikację w telefonie budzące lekki niepokój, ale cały czas sprawnie działało.

Bardzo dużo. Po pierwsze to nie ma żadnych cech apartamentu. To jest pomieszczenie po sklepie, bez okna, z drzwiami przeszklonymi o bardzo złym rozkładzie powierzchni, która jest zawyżona w stosunku do oferty o co najmniej 5m2. Do tego część tej powierzchni to jest bardzo wąskie poniżej 1m przejście, gdzie co najwyżej można postawić walizkę lub zostawić buty. Po drugie gospodarz chyba nie wie komu i co wynajmuje. Sprzęty pewnie dawno nie były sprawdzane, zbiornik WC tłucze się, drzwi do łazienki skrzypią, zupełnym skandalem jest zapchana umywalka, z której woda odpływa przez kilkanaście minut. Do tego obsługa chyba zupełnie nie orientuje się co do rodzaju pobytu. Byliśmy przez 7 dni w 3 osoby, a zostawiono 1,5 rolki papieru toaletowego i trochę żelu pod prysznic. Skończyło się to po 3 dniach i trzeba sobie było na pozostałe dni dokupić. Ogólnie można powiedzieć, że prawie 100 euro za dobę w tym pomieszczeniu to gruba przesada.

Wij komen nog terug naar Zapadores appartementen maar enkel voor een appartement aan de achterzijde

De ligging was heel goed : kort bij Russafa en kort bij het vertrek van Valencia marathon. Appartement was proper en had alle comfort uitgezonderd een afwasmachine. Waren wel heel blij met de microgolf en toast-machine. Ook communicatie met verhuurder verliep heel goed.

Het appartement lag aan de straatkant en bushalte. Lawaai was heel goed hoorbaar zoals feestvierende mensen in het weekend (tot 4u s'morgens), naar schoolgaande kinderen met hun trolley s'morgens alsook het drukke verkeer vanaf 6 à 7u s'morgens tijdens de week. Dit is eigenlijk de eerste keer dat ik zo iets meemaak. Vrienden hadden een appartement aan de achterkant en zij hadden geen lawaai hinder. Bijkomend was er ook geen mogelijkheid om te verluchten omdat er geen 2 vensters op elkaar konden opengezet worden. Enkel de deur van voor kon open.

Komfortowy apartament blisko centrum

Mieszkanie super – bardzo funkcjonalne i świetnie wyposażone, wszystko, czego potrzeba na pobyt dla pary. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra – wszędzie blisko, a okolica spokojna i przyjemna. Choć mieszkanie jest na parterze, było cicho i bezpiecznie. Bardzo wygodny sposób zameldowania – drzwi otwierane przez aplikację. Dodatkowy plus za bardzo dobry kontakt z opiekunem mieszkania – szybka reakcja i pełna pomoc. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Sposób otwierania drzwi przez aplikację może sprawiać problem starszym osobom.

Accogliente e comodo

Struttura nel complesso molto bella, pulita ed accogliente. Ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in un piccolo appartamento cercando di risparmiare qualcosa utilizzando la cucina per le cene/pranzi. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, ottimo per chi vuole passeggiare, estremamente comoda la fermata del bus davanti all’appartamento.

L’unica pecca che ho trovato durante il mio soggiorno sono i sanitari, il Wc purtroppo non era ben saldo e ogni volta che ci sedevamo o che ci alzavamo faceva molto rumore, purtroppo però è successo anche che in un giorno di pioggia la mattina quando ci siamo svegliati abbiamo notato che l’acqua era riuscita a filtrare attraverso la porta, facendo sì che il pavimento risultasse bagnato

Grundsätzlich gute Ausstattung

Erstens: Unterkunft war barrierefrei, was ja grundsätzlich gut ist, dafür waren aber zum Beispiel die Höhe der Spiegel für stehende Menschen viel zu niedrig, dadurch unkomfortabel. Das hätte man erwähnen können. Zweitens: es gab nur einen digitalen Schlüssel per App, das hätte man vorher auch erwähnen können. Es war ein bisschen nervig, immer darauf zu achten, dass das Smartphone nicht ausgeht. Dazu gibt es keine Fenster im Apartment. Drittens: die Vorhänge hätten besser sein können, und es hat an Seife gefehlt.

Die Lage und Anbindung an den Bus und Metro fussläufig. Die Ausstattung des appartments und die Sauberkeit. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Apartment (E) hat kein Fenster! Es gibt nur die Eingangstür, die direkt auf den Hof geht. Man kann nicht wirklich lüften. Erdgeschoss eines mehrstöckigen Wohnhauses. Sehr starke Geräusche durch ein Aggregat im Haus, nachts.

La puerta del apartamento estaba literalmente en la acera de la calle. Tuvimos que hacer el chekin nosotros solos, nadie te atiende al llegar. En la reserva no sabes realmente qué apartamento tienes asignado de todos los que tienen. Al final nos tocó uno con la cama grande pegada a la pared que hacía incómodo acceder a ella por ese lado.

Esta bastante bien, tiene todo lo que necesitas y muy limpio. Al haber tanto aparcamiento alrededor, aunque hay muchos coches hemos aparcado bien

La manera de acceder a él me parece muy moderno e innovador aunque me da poca seguridad y al tener que tener el movil para entrar, si te quedas sin batería no podrías acceder. La puerta del apartamento está a pie de calle y con puertas como de cristal y eso tampoco nos dio seguridad pero no hemos tenido ningún problema, esta genial la zona.

O spot é excelente, perto da cidade antiga e, ao mesmo tempo, da cidade das artes e ciências. É um local bastante tranquilo e seguro.

Pouca arrumação, ou seja, podia haver mais gavetas ou um mõvel para colocar a roupa, sobretudo para quem fica mais dias.

A megérkézésünkkor a mosdó csapja tele volt hajjal és még a víz se ment le rajta és hányzott egy párnahuzatun. Mindezt készséggel megoldották ellenben a kommunikáció nehézkes volt mivel egyszerre írtak a bookingon keresztül és több különböző WhatsApp accountról is. Egy másik alkalommal is eldugult a csap, ekkor elméletileg volt nálunk a vízvezetékszerelő de mivel nem segített a helyzeten ezért végül saját kezűleg kellett megoldanunk, ami egyébiránt a szerelő álltal otthagyot wc pumpával mindössze 3 percbe ha került. A wc csészé billegett ha ráültünk.

La habitacion es espaciosa, muy bien distribuida. Tiene una cocina equipada, y el baño es comodo. Todo estaba muy limpio al llegar. Si bien no esta en una zona tan céntrica, esta muy cerca de la misma. el barrio es tranquilo. Se entra con un código, facil y comodo de usar.

La habitación no tiene ventanas, solo una puerta que da directamente a la calle, lo cual hace complejo el ventilar un poco el ambiente. Con respecto a que de directamente a la calle, no lo sentimos peligroso ni inseguro.
