Ottima posizione vicino alla città delle arti e della scienza e a El Carmen e Città vecchia. Un po' lontano dalle spiagge ma facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi. L'host disponibile, cordiale e mai invadente. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, e anche oltre, per la cucina e il bagno.
Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere una porta tra la camera da letto e il resto dell'appartamento ma solo perché c'era un esterno alla famiglia. L'acqua nel lavandino in bagno a volte faceva fatica a scendere.

Hôte très sympathique. Appartement propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Valencia. Bus, tram et toutes commodités à proximité. Je recommande vivement.

We loved the location, outside of the main city center, and there was a very nice park outside, with several cafés and restaurants in the area. The unit was on ground level too, but we weren't bothered by outside noises, you could barely hear the outside. For a sofa bed, it was really comfortable. The space was very clean and orderly. Good wifi and AC. The host provided instructions for how to operate the kitchen equipment, washing machine, AC, (etc...) and was very communicative throughout the whole stay.
We could hear our neighbors besides or above us at night, water flushing through pipes at night, although this was only a minor issue.

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento ben fornito di stoviglie, pentole ed elettrodomestici utili. Supermercati e attività, servizi nelle vicinanze.
Appartamento pieno di zanzare (host ha fornito raid per fronteggiare ma davvero troppe) fronte un parco pieno di scarafaggi. Host è stato sempre disponibile e ha cercato di risolvere problemi comunicati ma è stato un soggiorno difficile. Scarico otturato alla prima doccia, anche lavabo. Intervento pronto ma disagio. Pulizia precaria (bordi zoccoletti impolverato). Mancanza di prese d'aria naturale e no separazione tra camera da letto e zona living
