VLC HOST- Fray Pedro

Excelente estancia, cumple con todos lo ofrecido.. Valoro la atención de VLC Host ya que siempre no brindaron apoyo desde el primer instante que llegamos al apto. Con respecto al tema de las llaves, asumo por completo la responsabilidad al no poder abrir la pequeña caja de seguridad donde estaban alojadas pero nuevamente los amigos de VLC Host resolvieron al instante enviando a uno de los chicos para enseñarme como funcionaba el mecanismo. El apto muy bien, el aire acondicionado impresionante, con los utensilios necesarios y quiero resaltar que todo estaba limpio. Zona tranquila, segura, con supermercados cerca, paradas de autobús, bares, restaurantes y una panadería/pastelería con cosas deliciosas a buenos precios.. Algo para resaltar: hay tanto un supermercado y una farmacia cercana que trabajan las 24 horas. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Excellent stay, it met all the advertised specifications. I appreciate the attention from VLC Host, as they were always available to help from the moment we arrived at the apartment. Regarding the keys, I take full responsibility for not being able to open the small safe where they were stored, but again, the VLC Host team resolved the issue immediately by sending one of their staff members to show me how the mechanism worked. The apartment was very nice, the air conditioning was fantastic, it had all the necessary amenities, and I want to emphasize that everything was clean. The area is quiet and safe, with supermarkets, bus stops, bars, restaurants, and a bakery/pastry shop with delicious treats at good prices nearby. Something worth noting: there is both a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

Location was okay, the busses were everywhere although to the city centre and beach it was kind of far. the ac was really good, kept us cold during the hot days. the room was dark at night although it got loud sometimes because of the construction works or smth nearby. the big supermarket - Mercadona is right around the corner, also a lot of nice cafes and food places are nearby. the wifi was also good, sometimes stopped working but for the price it is okay to have some downsides. the managers of the apartment were also responsive to our messages and questions.

the cleanliness could have been better

Clean, overall felt safe. Good location.

Minimal amenities. AC barely kept unit cool. Ran it at 100% the entire time and it was still warm. Could use a few additional towels. Messages to staff went unanswered.

Good location, near to science city and turia

Disappointed by several things that could have been better 1/ Floor not clean and you don t have slipper at your disposal 2/ they do not clean your room everyday, they do not clean your room at all for your whole stay 3/ you need to pay extra 15 euros to have new towel Host told us as you have washing machine we do not give new towel for free, but there is no dryer and no way to get your towel dry in less than 24 hours 4/ the door can be close with the key but the locker on it do not work.
