Nice short stay hotel near amenities

Gluten free breakfast available, with cereal, bread, magdelena, rice crackers. Nice bar in the reception area. Black out curtains in the room. coffee and tea making facilities. Location near to the Roig Arena for concert and near to tourism area for Oceanografic etc.

Bed matress and pillows a little soft. Shower was over a bath, prefer walk in shower and not have to climb into bath.

Lovely Hotel with nice view and convenient location

I have ti admit that, overall, I really enjoyed my experience at the Medium Hotel, it is a very nice and fancy hotel, reception staff were professional and available 24/7, I also liked the interior design style of the restaurant side, the cleaning staff were on a daily basis effective, on-time and quite kind. (I hope they liked the candies 🍬 I left for them as my gesture of appreciation 😁) Also my girlfriend feels the same way and hopefully we will be soon visiting this Hotel again.

Perhaps the timeline of the bar could be improved by being more available at earlier and latter hours, also a cigarette vending machine near the reception or the entrance of the hotel would be nice. Lastly, a coffee machine in the room would be appreciated (even though the tea kettle was available, I personally am a coffee guy 😇) Just to clarify, that these are no complaints, just friendly suggestions to support the possible improvement of the hotel and my future visits, to which my girlfriend and I are looking forward to ❤️

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. I even received a message wishing my wife a Happy Birthday.

Only a short walk to Arts and Sciences city and also the shopping centre where there were several restaurants. Bus stops and metro close by although we walked everywhere. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

In the bathroom the sink was very shallow and when we held the plug down the pipe underneath leaked. Shower head fitting loose. Room not sound proofed. We could hear people talking in both next door rooms and walking in room above.

Acceptable cheap city stay if you are there to tour the city only.

Receptionist was friendly. Place overall was very clean and well maintained. Good location.

Hot breakfast was not nice, and was cold. Pool was closed while I was here. Air-conditioning in the room wasn't great, it made an annoying noise and dried the room out a lot.

Great place & location

Good size room, good size bathroom and amenities. Loved having a balcony, free water on arrival, good location close to a lot lf restaurants, supermarkets, and within walking distance to mostly all you needed or wanted. Great pool area and plenty of lounge chairs. Staff is lovely and helpful

A well-equipped classic hotel with proper outdoor swimming pool

A comfortable hotel with spacious and very clean rooms, that have bathtub, balcony and all necessary furniture. A very good breakfast for a reasonable price. Attentive and caring personnel. Large proper outdoor pool with bar and cafe area, well equipped gym and a quiet space to work if you need. Location is amazing - quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from everything a tourist need - major park for pleasant walks, sightseeings and cultural places, public transport and huge shopping mall. Beach / pool towels are provided.

Swimming pool is crowded (particularly with children) and it's a challenge to find a free sun bed. This is due to the fact, that pool belongs to Medical College and local residents can attend it as well. Elevators are small, somewhat outdated and operated with old program - so it makes you wait for your ride for ages. Beach is comparatively far.

Would consider staying again if returned to city.

Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Bus stop to city centre right outside. Regular cleaners each day to tidy rooms and provide replacement towels. Good clean pool at a nice temperature to cool off. Bike rentals are available at the hotel.

The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything from the rooms above below and beside you. You may as well be in the rooms with other people, which made it very difficult to sleep on multiple nights . Nowhere near enough sun bed loungers around the pool. This was August, so it was a busy period in fairness. Strong smell of sewerage outside the hotel surrounding area.

Excellent for City of Arts & Sciences

Excellent WiFi reception on 1st and 5th Floor so assumed it is excellent throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good also.

It is somewhat a little dated in terms of decor throughout. The wood floor in the room was laminate - considered to be cheaper option - as one can feel & hear it lift when walking. The walls are quite thin as I could hear next door.

The hotel was very noicey. If the neighbour flushed their toilet or used the shower, it was like they were using our facilities. Also the noice coming from outside or the hallway was "very present" . In short, it was hard to get some sleep

I loved Valencia, and this hotel was perfect for this first visit.

The location was perfect for the time I had in Valencia. And that was pure serendipity, since I really didn't know anything about Valencia before this trip.

This is a minor point, but the furniture in the rooms needs to be updated. That didn't affect my stay, but it is just an observation.

The food was good

We had booked a family room for an event we were attending , we arrived at 5:45 pm on the 9th of may , when we went to check in we were told that the room was not ready and had to wait until nearly 7pm at night to get to our room , when we eventually got to the room the room service team were still cleaning the room ( we got offered free mini bar and car park for the inconvenience ) we went for some food downstairs at the bar which was of good quality , we had some drinks and decided to call it a night as we had a busy next day ahead of us , when we got to our room and settled for the night we where awoken by a domestic disturbance next door that was that loud it frightened my 12 year old son so badly he wanted to leave the hotel , we contacted the reception to make them aware of the situation and they told us they would deal with it - the disturbance went on for around another 90 minutes or so , it got that bad I had to go to the reception in person , when I arrived at the reception the lady whom I spoke with was very abrupt in the way she spoke with me in relation to the disturbance so In order try and diffuse any further confrontation I returned to my room , the next morning when we got downstairs to check out the lady on reception had tried to charge us for the use of the mini bar and subsequent car parking charges , I quickly made her aware of the fact that we had been told that these charges were to be waived in retrospect of the check in scenario , I then asked to speak to the manager about the disturbance the night before to which she replied that the manager wasn’t there and would not be there for some time so we went and had breakfast , when we returned from breakfast and again asked to speak with the manager the lady replied you can have free breakfast for the inconvenience and the manager would not be available and they could not accept any responsibility for the disturbance as the people in the next room where attending the same event as us “which I...

Unable to help extenuating circumstances, without any offer of alternative.

Unfortunately, I did not get to experience the hotel for myself. My flight was cancelled by the airline and the alternative offered was not good enough. After contacting the hotel to inform them of the situation, the hotel did absolutely nothing to help, particularly the employee Karen / Carreen(?), who, when asked if there was anyway they could move the booking due to extenuating circumstances, not only declined, but laughed when I suggested that since she has payment for the room, I guess she's not inclined to help, and yes, she actually laughed. She then also had the nerve to ask if we intend to rebook with them. No. Not. At. All.

A lovely city stay

Clean, cool (it was 38c outside) and only a €10 taxi to the old town. Breakfasts were excellent , the staff on reception went out of their way to tell us the best places to eat and Order taxis for us

The queue to rush to the pool when the doors opened at 11am, usual towels on sun beds and then not see the people for 4 hours. If my Father in law was still alive those towels would have been in the pool!!

Summer relax & city tour

The pool and the buffet breakfast were our highlights, though the large room with balcony air conditioning and a bathtub are not to be overlooked. It is well connected with the city center (metro o 25 minutes walking) and very close (10 minutes walking) to the City of Arts and Sciences, Oceanographic and Saler shopping center.

The pool gets crowded very fast because they also allow (paying) visitors that are not staying in the hotel.

The breakfast was quite plentiful and varied.

Public spaces are quite miniscule, including reception and pool. 11:30 to open the pool is absurd. Nothing of use around the hotel but the bus stop.

Valencia is a great city!

hotel is ok, situated a bit far from touristic zone and near to a college.It happened to be there exactly when they had an outdoor party, until 01:am
