A comfortable and convenient stay in a great location.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The location is perfect close to the city center and easy to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Great value for money.

Nothing major. Maybe just a small improvement: the breakfast could offer a bit more variety. But overall everything was good.

Breakfast was very good value with great choices. Very busy on Sunday morning but otherwise, very happy with the breakfast. I requested 4 rooms with 3 beds in each and that is exactly what was provided which was excellent. The location of the hotel was really great as well. Lots of hot water for showers. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags safely with the hotel. Same on the day we left. Great service.

Room was a little dark, even with the main lights on. No extractor fan in the bathroom so that is something that could be improved upon. The safe did not work, even when we followed the instructions. I spoke to reception who said that they could get a maintenance guy up to fix it but I needed to be there. I kinda forgot about it afterwards so that's on me.

Great Stay in Valencia

Friendly accommodating staff. Clean rooms attended to each day. Great location. Walking distance to the museum district and old town. Taxi stand out front for a quick trip to the beach.

Great location and amazing staff but very poor AC

Amazing staff - especially Teressa the manager who looked after us and tried to make sure we are satisfied given the issue with the AC

The AC in the whole building rooms is very weak to a level that you would sweat. The manager changed the room for us multiple times but all were the same. To be fair, Teressa offered us a refund if we wish but we chose to stay given the good location of the hotel and the nice staff.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was small but very comfortable and exceptionally clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast was perfect — a great variety of options, fresh ingredients, and served in a bright, spacious dining area. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely stay again!

The only downside was the distance to the beaches. It was a bit far to walk, so we had to take a taxi, which cost around €13 one way.

Location was great, with many restaurants close by. Also,the place was walking distance to the beautiful science and culture centre.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective.The temperature was preset to 23.5 degrees centigrade. Not very comfortable during the warm days of May.

The hotel was very tired and over due a makeover. Pool area extremely poor, fake grass, and a garden shed for a pool bar. Certainly not 4 star.

The staff is super!!!!. Trying to help all the time. They were empathic with all the needs and always with a smile. Everyone!!!!

Maybe need to adapt some facilities to people with movement restrictions. MUST SAY THE STAFF HELPED ALL THE TIME TO MINIMIZE THIS.

great hotel

Hotel is nice, modern, room spacious, comfortable and clean. Air condition worked great, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious. At the breakfast there was crowd of people but it was enough food. Breakfast was delicious with lot's of choices – great coffee, tea, honey, jam, butter, grilled vegetable, fresh bread, eggs, cheese, lots of fruit, deserts and much more. There were free public parking spaces around hotel. There is possible to walk in from center to the hotel.

discovered that the air conditioning only works on ‘heat’ not ‘cool’ so room was hot and stuffy. front desk staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming. also made a request for some more tissues as we had run out (I think there was only about 6 in the box when we checked in) and never received them.

The bedroom was quite large.

Because of the disfunctional airconditioning, this hotel is only suiteable for scandanavian people who adore a sauna climate. However, the sewer smell from the toilet all through the hotel room, provided by the airconditioning system, isn’t appealing for anyone.

We were robbed at the hotel!

The hotels have paid underground parking. BUT !!! be ready that your car will be robbed there:-(. The staff and the hotel will not monitor the safety of your belongings and the car there at all. We stopped at the hotel, at night the car was robbed at the hotel and everything that was in it was taken away. The hotel administrator said that he could not help in any way and in the morning we need to contact the police yourself. This is the first time I've encountered this, it's just a terrible hotel.

AC unavailable in the winter season, only heating available, while it’s impossible to stand the temperature in the night in the room even with open window in January; No tea/coffee amenities in the room.
