The staff were lovely and the lobby etc were nicer

Bedrooms were not “5 Star”. Very basic rooms and beds. Also not having access to the spa was very disappointing. €35 for one hour to use.

Twin room more spacious than others we have stayed in. Great to have a kettle in the room. Second internal door made the room quiet and the 2 sinks were a nice extra feature.

Not all the facilities were available at the hotel, I have asked for a double bed before I went there, and they have not given me any room with this request, so I have to pay an additional fee, quite a lot of money.

Overall, it was a lovely place to spend a few days of peace and quiet.

The reception staff were very welcoming, as indeed were all of the staff. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming and we spent our days just looking around and shopping. We would definitely stay again.

The only drawback was the spa. Unfortunately it was overpriced for what it was. The jacuzzi was uncomfortable to sit in, the showers weren't working properly and it was shabby all round. €25 was very expensive.

the roof terrace was closed when we wanted to have a drink a snack in the afternoon which was a shame. it appeared lots of work was happening on the floor where the pool is which was a shame. pool area small and a bit disappointing

We made a lot of wonderful memories.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options available. The room was clean and we received a room with an excellent view as requested.

Our bed was squeaking very loudly. Even when simply turning from one side to another. We were very busy, leaving the room quite early, and coming back very late, early morning back. Therefore we did not request to change rooms but it was an inconvenience.

Central to everything yet spacious and tranquil

Spacious yet tasteful interior shared space. Lots of glass and natural light and on an alley just off a larger street with trees. Well located not in the old town, but just across the street from the park.

Lovely stay

Location was great Food on the terrace was fab Beautiful lobby/ bar area. Special mention to Vida in the roof terrance fabulous attitude, attentiveness and just overall friendly and nice.

Pool area was disappointing Only 6 loungers, Rest are reclining seats No drinks by the pool, kind of takes from the holiday experience and a good opportunity to increase revenue!!

SH Palace Valencia

The hotel really listened to my requests re twin beds and quiet location away from the lifts. The hotel is beautiful and staff so helpful. Our beds were turned down for the night. Rooms left clean and inviting. The mini fridge enabled me to get some milk and water in which was a bonus. The room was spacious with a nice settee. We had a massage which was amazing.

I didnt like the 4pm check in it was too late after arriving at 10am. We did come to the reception a few times but it was not ready

Great trip!

Very good facilities, room was spacious and clean. Big bathroom and shower. Great location for walking through the city, besutifuk park across the road. Reception staff were friendly and happy to assist. Able to offer twin rooms for a girls trip.

Disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open when we arrived and we were told it might be open later during our stay. We had chosen the hotel for the bar and pool which was also much smaller than expected and always busy. Little things would have gone a long way - called down to reception and asked the bar to have glasses and borrow a bottle opener and ice to have a drink in the room which was not met with a pleasant response and noone came to bring us one. Also for a 5 star, there was little amenities, kettle and basic tea and coffee. No coffee machine.

Very spacious room, though poorly maintained.

I liked the room layout, very spacious, bathroom separated from room by two sets of doors, so good for privacy. Lovely view. Staff were generaly friendly/helpful, and the breakfast was good, On the other hand: There is a distinct sewage smell coming into the bathroom and room, most likely from the waste pipes. While the bathroom was very well cleaned, the bedsheets were unfortunatley not. The AC started making a loud rattling noise the second day we were there, The wi-fi really doesn't work inside the room. The "Business centre" is situated in the open reception hall, so not great for trying to get work done or do online meetings. In-room safe was broken too, and the window curtains are not black-out. All a bit surprising in a 5* hotel.

Absolutely loved the hotel , breakfast was incredible, room was fantastic , great location , welcoming staff at front desk

The roof top terrace experience really disappointed, we were not allowed to move chairs to sit insun and also when I asked to see the menu I was sat at a table that didn’t serve food so could not order , disappointment with the flexibility to accommodate customers
