The property was well decorated. Room was clean and felt very comfortable during my stay. A short distance to the Valencia Science museum which was convenient for our stay.

The manager Victoria, the lovely staff like Lucia in reception and in the restaurant- so courteous and helpful,
The central location.
The excellent food in the restaurant.
The clean, modern room.
Other hotel users and had completely covered all the pool deck chairs with towels - given how few there were - it was very uncomfortable. Perhaps they should have a rule about the use of deck chairs that makes it fair for everyone.

Location and good car park
Small rooms. The pool had been out of service since mid May and no notifications were sent out. No excuse for that.
