Disappointing

Room is clean and spacious

It's not really a hotel and lacks hotel Ste services. No front desk, Very thin walls ( I could hear full action from room next to me until 3am and had to buy earplugs) No possibility to leave luggage further than 4pm Thin mattresses and flat pillows It's like sharing a room in an 8 room apartment

Location was to our taste Quite and quite close to all main places. We used busses and for us it worked fantastic. The place was clean and stuff was helpful and friendly. Good swimming pool availability Extra nice moment was water in the fridge for guests and small treats Cozy and clean place with ac and comfy bed

Suggestions for improvement: -shower holder didn’t work for us - table in the room would be great - noise from restaurant downstairs in the evening time ( when they were collecting chairs) - bigger fridge, for 8 rooms that is quite small fridge ( couldn’t buy fruit of food as we wished too)

Clean, reasonably priced room in an excellent location.

Maria was extremely helpful and the booking in process was very clear. Breakfast around the corner, which was included in the price, was really good. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Nice view over the pool and in a great location for exploring Valencia.

The only minor irritation was access to the pool which is a bit convoluted. And the absence of loungers is a shame.

We were very happy with our stay here, perfect for families!

The property is great! The rooms are clean and functional with everything you need. Cleaning available daily and the staff are very helpful. The common area was well stocked and a lovely place to eat breakfast. We all really enjoyed the swimming pool and it was so nice to have the shade over the pool. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

The only issue for us is that we didn’t have rooms next to each other. We were 2 adults and 2 children so had to split and sleep 1 adult and 1 child in a room and would’ve preferred rooms next to each other. Only other downside is that there was a bit of slime in the deepest end of the pool towards the end of our stay

Very pleasant and peaceful stay

Excellent location—right next to Gulliver Park, with a bus stop two minutes away that takes you to the city centre or the beach. The bedroom is simple, with only a bed and a spacious bathroom. It has an iron and an ironing board. Nice staff - both the host and the housekeeper.

The only downside was the room being right in the common area, which could be noisy in the morning and in the evening when other guests were coming in, and not that private. I would advise asking for a back room.

Great job

Maria Fernanda went the extra mile. I know sometimes people say so, but she was genuinely helpful and authentically nice. Early check-in, information, tips, bus routes and stops. Facilities wise, really spacious rooms, really clean, complimentary water/juice/snacks/coffee, super comfortable mattress. Everything was spot on!!

Although Valencia is a small city, the location was in between the historical centre and the beach, needing bus for either. (Buses being excellent in Valencia, and not that close to a metro station) That being said, what the location is great for is, the City of Arts.

It was in the perfect location for visiting Valencia, we walked to most of the places we planned to see. The staff was super helpful too, she helped me several times and was very friendly.

There was nothing wrong with this B&B, it was a great experience. The room was the right size for 2 people. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Valencia.

Everything was perfect during our stay at Opera House. Maria is really great host, she was at our disposal at any time and gave us all the relevant information promptly. The apartment was pristine clean. The cleaning personnel made sure our room was cleaned and stocked with the fresh towels every day. The location is also perfect, ner the bus station, 5-minutes walk distance from the City of Arts & Sciences, halfway between the downtown and the coast.

Spotless, good location, overall excellent.

The cleanliness of this hotel was superb, the location was good, only 25 minutes walk to valencia cathedral through the park WOW! I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a weekend city break ! We will be coming again !

Excellent!

Maria was extremely helpful and welcoming during our visit. The communal area was always spotless, as well as the rooms, and we were allowed to keep all our own shopping in the kitchen area which suited us perfectly. There were complimentary waters and continental breakfasts for us too which were replenished every 3 days. Exceeded all expectations.

The pool area had no sun loungers, which made relaxing here not as enjoyable.

Lovely little hotel for independent travelers

Very clean and comfortable room close to the modern opera house, hémispheric and aquarium with a nice pool.

It is quite a small hotel and the staff is not present in the afternoon. When you have a question you have to contact the housekeeper through whatsapp and this can be somewhat inconvenient (eg checking in/out, breakfast, poolsystem etc). However they do answer very quickly and are very kind.

Fantastic B&B

Great accomodation, spotless clean and comfortable room, lovely and helpful receptionist Maria. Perfect location, very close to City of Art and Science. Access to Swimming pool. Coffee,tea, water and sweet snacks available in the kitchen. Highly recommended. If I come back to Valencia I will definitely book this fantastic B&B again.

Memorable

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Opera House B&B. Facilities were modern and very clean throughout. Rooms were well equipped and well proportioned. We liked the location, within a pleasant walk or easy bus ride from all the major sights. The most memorable part of our stay though was the care and attention from owner Carolina who couldn’t have been more helpful in our time of need. Our car had been broken into and she took the time to accompany us as we navigated the police reporting process. I’m not sure what we would have done without her.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very large and super clean bedroom and bathroom, we liked the complimentary coffee/tea/water/snacks in the shared area. There is a nice pool you can use which is shared with the apartment block, we went in the morning and there was no one there. The staff weren't always around but you can contact them by WhatsApp if there is a problem and when they were around they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is in a nice cafe round the corner.

This is more like a guest-house than a hotel - you're sent a code to enter the building and room and there isn't a reception as such. We really liked this aspect but it might not be for everyone!

Pleasant and clean in a quieter location.

Lovely clean room and very attentive and personable staff.

Breakfast options were extremely limited and I wouldn’t say an offer of a single croissant is a breakfast. Although a swimming pool is provided, there are no sun loungers to use.

everything was perfect, the room is super clean and well-equipped, wide range of caffee and tea selection, pool was perfect after a long day of walking, Maria the receptionist was super nice, the location is great, the B&B is between the city center and the beach!
