Rooms: Peaceful and spacious. Large bathrooms, AC, no weird smells - everything was perfect.
Safety: Easy to find.
Walkability: The neighborhood is very walkable.
Food & drinks: Quality coffee, tea, and sweet snacks are always available in the common area. There is kitchen space to prep your own food, is needed. I loved that the common area doubled as a workspace — cozy, peaceful, and full of light.
(Not sure if the accessibility lift is working, but it exists)
No elevator — be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

It’s close to tourist attractions and it’s clean

The room was spacious and very clean with a large bathroom, shower area! The complimentary snacks, tea/ coffee were great! Location was not too close to the old town but close to the modern art area. Breakfast in next door cafe was ok!
Safe box was out of battery and took a day to sort out! The door code had a few issues! The room did not have enough furniture, wardrobe, table which made it a bit difficult!

Room is clean and spacious
It's not really a hotel and lacks hotel Ste services.
No front desk,
Very thin walls ( I could hear full action from room next to me until 3am and had to buy earplugs)
No possibility to leave luggage further than 4pm
Thin mattresses and flat pillows
It's like sharing a room in an 8 room apartment
