Easy to get to on public transport.pleasant staff and not too big. It would have been nice to have a pool but there would not be enough space

The hotel was lovely and the staff was very helpful. It was very clean and nice smell.

The room needs a little more decoration to make it feel cosy. Location was ok but bit far from historic centre. Mattress and pillow not the comfiest and expected overall cheaper price for the location and comments made in this section.

It’s a normal property.

We were told that we got upgraded. But compared to the price of what we paid for that one night which is not cheap, the room didn’t look to be more expensive than how much we paid. The TV remote control was missing as well. We could not change the channel. We could not lower the volume. NO OFFER or SOLUTION was done by the reception for that. If the room was an upgrade and yet looked like an average room for that price, I don’t think there’s Value for Money. I’d be willing to argue the “upgrade” was just to awe us. But having seen upgrades in other hotels in other countries I have been at, the room is not at par.
