The location is great bus service right outside to all attractions close to walk to a lovely shopping centre and restaurant staff on reception lovely so helpful
We had paper cups in room which was disappointing with the cost of the hotel it let it down and only 2 milk satchets in room . on second day no new cups or tea milk sugar filled up had to go and ask room staff and they gave us 2 we went and brought 2 cups from shop

Room was on 2nd floor. There was no noise from outside but room was small. Storage space was poor. air conditioning was noisy and had to be turned off at night. Another device on the wall was on all the time and was noisy at night. it defeated the purpose of having a quiet room.
