Perfect stay in spacious rooms

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. Maintenance was efficient and friendly. Location is perfect if you don’t mind a 10’ walk into the centre.

Nice place to stay at during a short visit to Valencia

The apartment was fairly modern, in a quiet neighborhood. The availability of hot water and big shower/bathroom is also a positive remark.

At the time we stayed, there was no dish washer, and the bed could have been more comfortable (it was a bit noisy because of its springs). It is also a bit far away from the city center. However, one can easily take a cab to reach the city attractions.

We were bullied by the hotel receptionists (Sofia and Anthony). Please avoid to stay here.

Don't ruin your holiday with this hotel . Avoid this hotel if you are foreigners, because the hotel receptionists bully the hotel guests and you were not able to seek help from the hotel manager.

The sofa bed is not even a proper sofa bed. It's sinking become a V-shaped. It's not even meant for sleeping and lying as your body will become a V-shape. As we check-in late, we went down to talk to the receptionists (Sofia and Anthony) once we found out the problem. They replied us in a very unfriendly tone. Sofia: 'It's not our problem. You have to tell the hotel management or write in to Booking.com to tell them this problem. There is not cleaner now to help you at this hour. You have to accept it.' Anthony and Sofie: 'Our hotel is fully booked tonight we cannot do anything for you. After that Sofia passed the hotel's business card to me and said, 'If you want to, you can just write to this e-mail address, we are just employee, we don't own this hotel!', 'Or you have an option to go home now and find another hotel to stay now!' Sofia threatened us and called the police in front of us and she wanted the police to throw 3 of us out of the hotel at 12am because she claimed that we were making a scene there. She accused us of taking alcohols and making a scene. (Me, cousin and 75 years old untie) We were very shocked by the unprofessional hotel receptionists. But we were not afraid, we wanted to wait for the police because we didn't do anything wrong. We even prepared to call Singapore Embassy to alert them if police really comes. Police didn't come after waiting for 30 minutes at the hotel reception at 10 degree celcius. We asked Sofia and Anthony when the police arrive. Sofia said, "we don't know when the police will come. You just wait." We were devastated and went back to our room as we were too tired. My cousin slept on the bed, and he got suffered from the back pain and couldn't move. We went down to find the hotel manager to seek solution. Another receptionist from morning shift told us that the hotel manager will only come on Monday as it was Saturday.

A Royal service in nice apartaments ;)

I liked everything. What was the best? The everyday room service! It was the best We have ever encountered anywhere. They definitely deserve a bonus :) And also the laundry machines :)

Wonderful place to stay - we walked everywhere!! Just a bit too far to the beach tho and then the rain came anyway haha!

Spacious and clean and very comfy with washer and dryer Vanessa at the front desk super helpful - thinking ahead to options for us when the rain came without being asked and volunteering info - she’s a treasure

Amenities could have been better - no tissues provided and pumps for body wash etc are hopeless - hand soap pump not refilled when empty but staff very helpful and it would have been had we asked - 2nd to last day so not a problem Could do with a pool - even just a small one

A lovely hotel with a perfect location.

Very comfortable, spacious studio, and very good bed. Great location.

The staff was mostly wonderful, except for one female receptionist who was exceptionally rude to me on a consistent basis throughout the entire duration of my stay. Whenever I came down to ask her a question she would make an angry face and act as if I was really bothering her and she was doing me a huge favor by speaking to me. Extremely unprofessional and downright unacceptable behavior.

Fantastic Experience with a Sour Ending

Loved the size of the studio apartment, the bed was extremely comfy, with a full kitchenette, a large wardrobe and sofa. The bathroom was also spacious, clean and efficiently designed. The staff were lovely and available at any hour of the day (or night).

On the morning of the final day we found a silver fish (horrific lil bug) in the drain of the kitchen sink. We also had a gift bag with some jewelry and a valentine's card, this was accidentally cleaned up from our room and is still (2 days after leaving) missing. The cleaning staff are lovely, and while I shouldn't have to say this, if you have anything valuable, please do not leave it out when the staff come to clean.

This was a good choice!

I like that it was clean and new, also I like that property is a kind of mix of apartment and hotel. So you can cook food if you want and also room will be cleaned everyday. Great location, several stations with bicycles around as well as park.

Excellent for a city break

- It has a 24h reception, so no need to worry about arrival time - it has window blinds, not curtains, so it was perfect for me - the room is really big - there is a washing and drying machine inside the building - it is really close to the park, so it's the perfect stay if you are runners - the rooms look identical with the pictures here, so you get exactly what you expect and what you paid for

Good location and value. We liked the option of having a kitchenette, so we had more flexibility. Option of parking was good.

Modern and comfortable place. Friendly service most of the time! Beautiful view, and very good but quiet location! I must say I felt like I wanted to stay living in Valencia, and major reason is due to an almost perfect service! Thank you so much Palau reception staff❤️

The cleaning service was decent, meaning the apartment was not visibly dirty at any point, but it was a frequent chasing and looking the cleaning staff for having new towels and basic amenities for the bathroom. Even if you hang out the room cleaning sign, they were not knocking or even checking if they can start, but their superior directly saying we as clients didn’t notify between their staff working hours (roughly between 12:00-14:00). Short recommendation so you enjoy a perfect stay is: please ask directly the ladies outside to clean your room and do not trust on leaving the cleaning sign. The breakfast could be better, but it is not bad for renting an apartment and not a hotel room!

Great value for money, strongly recommend

Room was super big, everything looked clean. Great view from the windows and relatively close to public transport stations.

The only downside was one of the staff who wrongly accused me of not paying for breakfast, even after me telling her I didn't go to breakfast. I told her my room number and she said I'm lying. She didn't apologise after I showed her my key/card which proved I was telling the truth, just backed off.
