Very pleasant and comfortable stay

The room was spacious. A bit loud if the windows were open as they were giving to the main street which has several lanes, however when closed you could barely hear the noice and it did not disturb. Good selection of food for breakfast.

The were no wall hangers in the hall for your jackets, and they would come in handy. Elevators were rather slow and their doors unpredictable.

Valencia is a beautiful city , will definitely be back and I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

In a quieter part of town tourist wise. Lots on nice eateries nearby Close to a metro station and a 30 min walk to the old town and the indoor market. Room was very comfortable , we were in room 711 which had a huge terrace with chair, table and a sun lounger. This terrace you saw the sun rise and had sun on the terrace till late afternoon / early evening. So after a day sightseeing it was nice to relax on the terrace with a glass of wine . There is a supermarket near buy to purchase drinks and keep them in the room fridge. The bathroom facilities were very good plenty of hot water, good quality towels , bed linen etc. This room provided quests with bathrobe ans slippers House keeping was exceptional,towels and linen changed daily. Staff were very friendly,nice bar area. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food.

The road outside the hotel is a main road and can be quite noisy, fortunately our room was to side / rear of the hotel. If facing the road it would be noisier.

Good hotel, would stay again

The bathroom was fantastic. We want to buy the same mirror for our house now! The room was spacious, obviously recently renovated. The beds were big and comfy. The breakfast buffet was great, giving you a lot of freedom to build your own sandwich and with an assortment of local delicacies.

The room walls are a bit thin. You can definitely hear your neighbours coming and going, conversing even, which can be very annoying late at night or early in the morning.

Breakfast is a bit of a zoo as it is included in the room price. Access to the food is very cramped when the restaurant is busy as it is all down one side and the tables are very close.

Avoid rooms with terrace like the plague!

We were attracted to this hotel because it was designed by Javier Mariscal. However the only evidence of his input is the facade, which you can only see from across the road during daytime - it's not lit at night; and one picture which is in a closed off part of the restaurant! Otherwise it's just a bland Anyhotel in a pretty nondescript part of the city 40 minutes walk from the sea or the old town. At night Taxis and public transport are pretty much non-existent. We paid extra for a room with a terrace on the top floor. Big mistake! Not only is the terrace furniture hideously uncomfortable but there is a continuous stench of sewage from the soil pipe vents which come out on the roof top and wafts over the terrace and even into the room. Means you can't have the terrace door open at all and are forced to use aircon which we hate. They also have plastic backed mattress covers so you wake up in a bucket of sweat. We won't be back.

Nice hotel, but 4 stars are too much

We had a junior suite. The room was in general ok. Breakfast for Spain was really good with fresh fruit, variety of coffee, ham, meat and everything you would expect. Garage is large enough to park easy.

For a 4-star and that kind of room I had expected a bidet in the bathroom. The water in the shower ran away from the sink instead of going into the sink. We had refurbishment work on our level (full repair of shower incl. wall tear down). They stopped working by 5 pm, but the dust and dirt was everywhere. The windows of the suite are said to be noise reducing, but you could hear every single car on the busy road in the night.

It’s at a walking distance from Camp de Mestalla (excellent for getting back after a football match), and the edge of the tourist town centre is also nearby.

I do wish there was a gym, the only downside. As a solo traveler for work and wanting to run but not entirely comfortable running outside in a new city it would’ve been nice with an in-house gym. however that wasn’t a major downside but just something that would’ve been a plus.

Excellent choice for a business stay

Room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is about 15 mins walking from a metro station on line 5 that brings you straight to the airport. About half an hour walking from the university, so that's just a nice amount of sports before and after meetings ;-).

The WIFI is accessible by at most 2 devices per person. Bit annoying when one has a smartphone, tablet and laptop.

Good professional hotel

Nice professional hotel. Parking garage available underground. Good size of the room. Very good breakfast. Strong wi-fi. The location is in the middle between the seaside and the medieval city centre. Close to the aquarium.

Soundproofing is very poor. This is the only issue of this hotel.

Clean room but no reason to come back. Little attention to guests.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

I got disappointed by this stay. I expected much more by a 4 stars hotel. The room was dark and with traffic noise. At the reception, information was minimal. No info on how to connect to wifi, how to move around, services and all. Parking 14€ is a bit high. Location is also not the best. You need to walk quite some to get to the centre. For price and stars, I would go somewhere next time.

Rooms at the back were extremely quiet possibly the quietest Hotel We have stayed in. Plenty of parking at reasonable cost 14 euros a night. Good snack bar.
