We liked absolutely everything about our stay! Nice, tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful and cosy room with very clean bathroom, which is very important. The district is very nice, clean, calm. No problems with the parking. If you want to have a breakfast before going to the city center, there are a lot of nice options in the vicinity. The staff is very friendly and supportive. We would definitely come back in case we are again in beautiful Valencia. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and even more. We especially loved the thoughtful little gifts from the host — such a lovely personal touch! The host was also very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gute entspannte Atmosphäre und Geruch in Gang, sehr durchdachte Lüftung und Klimaanlage.
Keine Küche, kein Aufenthaltsraum, Zimmer mit folierten, undurchsichtigen Fenster. Keine Reinigungservicebesuche unter der Woche. Abwasser in der Dusche geht schbell über "den Ufer" in ganze Fläche der Baderaums.
