Mind the SMELL!

Location ok, market and pizzeria very very close, bus station very close, metro pretty close (300m).

THE SEWAGE SMELL. I had read about the smell, but it was said to be only in the building lobby. We had it in the room also. Not all the time, but sometimes it was horrible. Also, interacting with a robot/AI on whatsapp for anything we needed was not the best option. We have asked for a couple more coffee cartridges on the last day, but that was not possible. We've bought a full pack from the market for 3 euros and left the rest in the apartment, no problem, but it would've been nice if they had only delivered what we've asked.

Comfortable stay in a good location, and small issues were quickly sorted.

I stayed for 12 nights and was comfortable in the apartment. It was clean, well equipped (had everything I needed more or less), well located, and had few problems. Any problems I did experience were resolved quickly. I slept well. Air conditioning worked well and the fridge/freezer was not too noisy. Location was great for me, benimaclet has plenty of good restaurants and bars, is close to a park and the tram, and I could even easily walk to the centre in half an hour or so, or Arts and Sciences in 45 minutes. Photos on booking were accurate.

The soundproofing (of the front door especailly) was not great, so got woken up a few times by corridor noise in the early days there. Some earplugs sorted this out. One day there was also some drains/maintenance work going on outside, but this is largely out of the aprtments control, and it was just one morning out of 12 that it was an issue. I had an issue with the bed being noisy, but it got sorted very quickly. And I discovered some strange overflow piping that caused a small leak on the floor. There are some clear signs of wear and tear in the apartment, but nothing major, and they seem to be repairing issues as they are reported or spotted.

I missed wine glasses :). I might also mention the lack of a view or better daylight, but we were outside most of the day, so we didn't really miss it. However, the price and everything else outweighs it.

Perfect

Great location, clean bright apartment with everything essential provided, easy to check in and to checkout. Many stores/ cafeteria/ restaurants around. Crispy clean bedding and comfy mattresses. Walking distance to the park, art gallery, cathedrals, including Cathedral de Valencia. What else to say - everything was perfect for our stay. Many thanks from all our family.

The location was ok. Almost any store you would need is in a 2 mins walk. The staff was helpful and replied fast.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, very close to the city centre. Clean linen and towels, comfortable beds. Good blackout curtains

Very noisy street, it was impossible to sleep with open windows. There was also a pump at air condition which also produced noise every 2 minutes. No elevator

Really nice and cozy

Easy to find, close to metro, bus and train and store. Good communication.. Excellent service - the host immediatelly organised some repair work on the bathroom doors. The towels are daily changed. We as a family enjoyed very much during our stay in Valencia.

The sofa in living room could be more comfortable, if it is used also as a bed.

The size of the room is excellent, much larger than I imagine. The place is super clean, smells great and it's very accessible. The communication with the host was excellent, they always checked on us and give us the necessary info through WhatsApp.

you have almost everything to cook or to rest or to clean, i liked curtains of two layers so much and windows in different directions so you can have wind in your room. key in locker it is so useful!

the feeling that these jets of water can cut something if you increase the pressure of the water and repairman was trying to get me out of my bed at 10am to fix it, forks weren't clean a bit

disappointing and smelly

The apartment was very humid, it smelled bad all the time, and there was zero decor. Not the kind of place i was expecting for the money I paid. At least 30% less worth than the money. Especially since there was no human interaction therefore low personal costs.

It was cheap. A reasonable distance from the main sights. A supermarket very close by

Very noisy from traffic and passers by. There seemed to be an ambulance station nearby. Strong smell of cigarettes when I arrived. Kitchenette poorly equipped - no condiments.
