Great location in a good neighborhood, very close to metro and tram stops. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby (I recommend Centre Social-bar Terra). The staff were generally very kind and helpful, and the room was very clean.

I stayed on the second floor and the room was too small. There was no table or desk to put a notebook on to work. The sound isolation is not so good. There was noise from the street. Also, because there was a music school next to the hotel, you could hear their practice until 11 pm some days. The ventilation (not AC) in my room was noisy and made the room cold in the night. I informed the staff, but they told me it was due to the regulations. This was the main problem for me. The staff tried to help but couldn't solve the problem 100%.

Die Unterkunft liegt im lebhaften Studentenviertel Benimaclet und ist dennoch sehr ruhig (wenn man von der Musikschule nebenan absieht, die sich tagsüber ein wenig bemerkbar macht). Wir hatten eines der Zimmer zum Patio hin, das uns mit seiner sehr hohen Decke gut gefallen hat. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben von netten Bars und Restaurants und liegt nahe an der Stadtbahnhaltestelle Benimaclet. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 20 Minuten am Strand Malvarrosa, ihn 10 Minuten im Turia Park und in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Wie überall in der Stadt ist die nächste Valenbisi Fahrradverleihstation nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Bad war barrierefrei, das hätten wir jetzt nicht gebraucht, zumal die behindertengerechte Dusche ohne Vorhang/Trennwand doch für ordentlich Nässe im Bad sorgte. Aber toll, das es ein solches Zimmer gibt.
