Good location in an interesting neighborhood

Good location near the subway and tram in an interesting neighborhood. Some locals are anxious about gentrification in the area but all we met where friendly. Great spacious balcony with day sun in the room we got.

No breakfast offered, but there are many cafés and supermarkets close by. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side.

Must stay if you are avoiding the pricey centre.

This place is a very nice hotel in one of the nicer outer areas which feels way more local. I really enjoyed this place as it was a 2 minute walk to the metro which brings you into the centre within 10 minutes. It was reasonably priced and the room was well set up. The bathroom was large, the room itself quite small but we could still fit 2 bags and 1 suitcase down. Beds are extremely comfortable and the heat was not an issue at all. Would stay again

Beautiful and new, good location

Beautiful rooms, all new and fresh. Comfortable bed; good, normal pillows which are not that common in Spain. Shiny white bed sheet. AC, good wifi, TV, fridge. Good lighting, lamps by bed. Rooms with patio in a separate building are very quiet. Good location, 25 min walking to the old town. Friendly service. Room access with code.

In the main building bathroom had unpleasant smell (sewage?).

It was confortable, very clean and located in a beautiful area.

It was very well equipped, and it was easy to get to the beach. The staff was also helpful.

I find the fee that has to be paid before check-in a bit too high.

Nice little hotel close to city center

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We requested a quiet room on an upper floor and it was perfect. The room was good size, nice amenities, sockets, big shower and Netflix. I was a little reluctant to book because of the Google reviews, but I am so glad I chose this hotel. We didn’t have any issues in the neighbourhood with the residents. One lovely lady actually wanted to pay for our bus tickets because we didn’t know which option to choose. You can’t have any meals in the hotel, so if you want to grab a coffee I highly recommend Tranqui Cafe. Great coffee, nice breakfast options and try the cinnamon roll, you won’t regret it!

Really nice little hotel

Rooms were really nice and modern, well equipped and large enough. Staff were really friendly and the location is great, loads going on around and only a 2 min walk to the metro.

No air-con the rooms only had heating. There was also a festival going on outside so had to sleep with the doors open as the room was really hot, got very little sleep as it was so loud. Wouldn’t recommend in the summer with no air-con it would be unbearable but other than that really nice hotel!

Just book this place - you won't regret it for sure

Absolutely fantastic place! Reminds me of Japanese hotels in its comfort and attention to detail. In future, we will always stay here in Valencia

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and very clean room. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location is great with plenty of local restaurants and bars. Very well serviced by public transport to both the city centre and the beach.

Cuando llegué la persona de recepción estaba haciendo una “ronda” de seguridad y hubo manera de avisar de que estaba abajo. Tuve ir y volver más tarde. No obstante, me devolvió la llamada pasados una minutos y pude confirmar que no había problema

Perfect schoon en net hotel!

Het hotel was zeer schoon en zag er netjes uit. De kamer was perfect voor een weekendje weg met genoeg ruimte in de kamer en badkamer.

Let er op dat het hotel niet in het centrum zit en je dus een stukje moet fietsen of met het openbaar vervoer om hier te komen.

Wir haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal an der Rezeption & die Reinigungskräfte sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel war zu jederzeit sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind aber alle innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sowohl zum Strand als auch ins Zentrum sind es nur wenige Stationen.

Die Kissen im Hotel waren ein wenig unbequem für uns.
