Apartament czysty, dobry kontakt z właścicielem/nadzorca, dobra lokalizacja, adekwatna cena do jakość, spokojna okolica, bardzo blisko sklep otwarty 7 dni w tygodniu

Brak suszarki na ubrania, słabe wygłuszenie i osoba na śpiąca na kanapie bardzo dobrze słyszy co się dzieje z apartamencie obok, w dwóch pokojach z łóżkami za to nie ma na co narzekać

Le logement est tres propre et facile d'acces. Nous sommes au coeur de la vie de quartier, les commerces de proximité sont tres bien!

Das Apartment Nummer A, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wirkt freundlich und hell. Die Ausstattung ist neu und man sieht, dass drauf geschaut wird. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und auch Kaffee und Tee war da😍 gleich nebenbei ist ein Supermarkt und einige kleine Cafés sowie auch Buslinien die in die Stadt führen was wirklich perfekt zur Lage passt!

We had to urgently book an apartment in Valencia for one night, and this was the cheapest option - I was a bit worried about checking in process and having to register on their website and leave the deposit of 150 euros. However, 4 business days after checking out, the money was back into my bank account. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything you may need for a short stay of 5 people. Also, their staff did reply quickly to all my questions, which I really appreciated. There is a price sheet for drinks in the fridge, except for a bottle of water, which was free, just something to pay attention to.

The wifi was working well in the main living area, the signal did not reach the bedrooms. The neighbourhood, at first glance, did not feel very safe during the evening hours, as there were groups of people hanging around. Overall, for what we needed, the accommadation was acceptable. Not knowing if requesting a deposit is common practice in Spain, I was a bit suspicious, but I can confirm it was all settled in the end.
