Great value for money.

Great value for money. The room was very clean and perfect size for two people. Superb location with the metro station just around the corner. Breakfast was just perfect. Staff super helpful.

We loved everything except for the fact that there was no coffee maker in the room. However we got the cattle for tea. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation.

Great value for money

Great location with friendly staff, everything was clean and tidy. I was able to check in before 15:00, but they storage for luggage for offered before and after, so I was able to use it after check out.

There was no kettle in the room, but it was available on request. So it was sorted out easily. No other issues.

A place to feel relaxed and well-rested in!

I loved the fact that the hotel was super-quiet, no sounds of the street or ventilation. The staff members were smiley and ready to help, for example when we needed some hot water for the tea at night. It was clean and cozy, it gave us comfort and relax we needed. Also the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfy!

There could be more choices for breakfast (like not only scrambled, but also fried eggs) and the design of the hotel could possibly be more stylish, but these things are really minor.

A great location for city exploration

Professional and polite staff. The location is close to: - a metro station with a line to the airport; - one of the biggest parks in the city; The hotel is not too far away from downtown. The room was spacious enough with a view of the city skyline. The bathroom featured convenient amenities. The breakfast’s quality and variety. There is a cloakroom for luggage temporary storage.

The room could be cleaner and in need of refurbishment. There is street noise from the passing trams. If the window is opened, the street noise is unbearable. More electricity sockets could be assembled on both sides of the bed. The breakfast area is not enough for all visitors at the same time. There is no minibar in the room.

Pleasant stay in Valencia

I chose this hotel because it was close to the university. So, it was a bit far from the old town/ center (20-25 minute walk in hot weather- that is the challenge), but the area has its own perks and public transportation is very convenient. I recommend the room with the terrace as you can have a pleasant time there when the sun goes down. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

As I wrote above, the location might not be the best for some, but all in all not a big problem.

Exceptional !

The location of Hotel is perfect. The tram station in front of hotel door, the subway Benimaclet is just 30 m from hotel door, straight line no.3 to airport and just 3 stops to rail station. The city center can be reach in 15-20 min, just after 3 stops at Colon or by 2 stops to Alameda, then walking in any direction to old town. From Alameda can change to bus line 95, at Porta del Mar which go straight to Oceanografic, Hemispheric, and at the end of line at Marina beach. This bus run along with huge parc Jardin del Turia. I recommend to buy just one card for transport, cost 6 euro with 10 runs/90 min. The every recharge cost 4 euro/ 10 trips. Can be used in family, but need to tap 2x or more at check-in/ out for subway or just check-in in the bus/tram. The breakfast room is quite small in the main entry hall, but I seen a lot of people taking it. And at first sight is looking good, but only cold cut salami, ham, cheese. A lot of croissaints, fresh grinded coffe on espresso machines. Personally I took breakfast at wonderful coffe terraces in center of old town. The hotel is very quite and surrounded of many pizza and kebap makers with very cheap menus and beer ( or beverage)included. The half liter beer mug on tap is just 2.8 euros or bottled at 0.33 2 euros. The opening time of all start from early morning till 1.30 am with tables indoor/outdoor. At 10 m from hotel door is a japanesse/chinesse restaurant with ramen menu or differrent choices of dumplings, etc and like neighborous regular price, cheap. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel for couples, families or singles.

For me was perfect for 4 nights in Valencia.

Good value stay on good tram lines

The staff were friendly and room was a good size.

The bed wasn’t very comfy and the bathroom was dirty in places. The towels were also very thin.

The hotel was a very good choice and we would stay again the next time in Valencia.

Breakfast buffet was great although the area became very crowded at times. Our room was comfortable and clean. Location was excellent, within an easy walk to the city centre and well-served by public transport. Hotel staff were very helpful and good-natured.

Reccomended.

Big room with refrigerator and air conditioning, private shower and toilet. Very clean, always fresh towels, soap and shampoo. Nice and working elevator. Staff was always helpfull and in good mood. Hotel is right next to metro stop. If you buy metro card, you can get for 1,5€ to whole Valencia in matter of minutes (metro card saved us around 30€).

Valencia Leg.

Large room with ample storage, location next to all modes of public transport. Good selection of shops,restaurants and bars , plus a street market on the Friday. Buffet breakfast had an excellent selection of food and drinks, hot and cold.

No USB ports in room for charging electric devices. Staff kindly offered to lend me a charger but I was able to purchase an adapter in a shop nearby . Not much tourist information available in reception.

Nice hotel room with everything you need for a comfortable short stay.

The hotel is 1 minute from the metro stop, which leads to the airport and also to the city centre. Those who like to walk more can also reach the centre on foot - it takes about 25-30 minutes. There's a great big park nearby, as well as some restaurants. No problems with the bathroom and cleanliness. Special thanks to the reception (which is open 24 hours) who printed my boarding pass as there was a problem with the airline app. Overall nice hotel room with everything you need for a comfortable short stay.

A great location (especially for my purposes) - a quick metro ride from the city centre and also a quick tram ride from the Polytechnic University where my meetings were. Also comfortable bed and room facilities which worked well.

I purchased a breakfast two days, and it wasn't exciting (for example not much fruit available). The cost seemed quite high to me, though that may be just the price of hotel rooms in Valencia. There were also complications paying - they didn't seem to be able to process my card details forwarded by Booking.com, though the same card worked fine on their own web page. I would very much have appreciated a kettle in the room and facilities to make tea, but I realise that's not usual in Spain
