I would stay again.

The lady receptionist on arrival was very polite and allowed me to check in before the time I was advised to check in.

Some noise from possibly rooms next to mine or upstairs.

Super clean! Fresh feeling rooms, perfect for a few nights stay in Valencia

Really minor complaint, it’s a good 30 minute walk to the main attractions. I don’t mind walking at all! But something to consider if mobility is an issue

Okay location, difficulties sleeping due to noise

Great location for Valencia half marathon. Nice with earlier breakfast on the running day.

You can hear all the traffic and other hotel guests in the halls - thus hard to get a good nights sleep.

As long as you're okay with the bare minimum, Hotel Renasa is good for a short stay in Valencia.

Affordable hotel and met basic needs for a 4 night stay. The 24 hour reception was nice for when I arrived back late in the evening, and overall I felt very safe in the area as a solo female.

The room was a bit smaller than expected with no windows so it felt quite dark and cramped, and my shower was also broken (leaked water on to the floor and part of the door was broken as well). Wifi was on and off, and I wish I would've been provided with complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion). The floor above was extremely loud all 4 nights not to mention the employees were very noisy and talking loudly in the hallways when they began room service early in the morning which woke me up.

Very good experience staff were wonderful.

We booked a superior room (as my husband is 6' 4") which usually comes with a five or six foot bed. Unfortunately this was not the case, they do not have five feet beds. So the hotel was very obliging in putting a single a single bed in for me. The breakfast was buffet style - perfect good variety of foods. For a change the evening meal was a set menu with various choices, what made the difference is it was served to your table instead of buffet. Staff were really helpful and very pleasant. Hotel sent us information about a taxi service that they provide which was booked before we arrived - very good.

Dinner was served rather late for us - but normally we could get into the resturant a little earlier. Shame a swimming pool would have been lovely but you can't have it all.

Staying at this hotel can ruin a vacation. Luckily the city is amazing and people are wonderful!

People were very nice and helpful, even beyond their job. Most of the staff speak English well.

The room was tiny, and the bathroom was also uncomfortably small. In the first days, the bathroom had a sewage smell. During the night, I kept hearing paws above the ceiling (I still don't know if there were rats or a small dog in the apartment upstairs). The room was very dark with no natural light. The view from my window was a dirty space where people threw trash. The breakfast had limited options and was not very good. In the last day, they started renovation work in the Reception area, which made everything even more annoying.

Very average, I wouldn’t book again.

The room was ok size wise for 1 person, other than this I was expecting way more for a given price of my stay. The only thing that I really liked about this hotel was friendly staff, that’s all.

Rooms are not sound proof so I could hear my neighbors cleaning their nose and talking, which is way much. The room wasn’t clean enough, I immediately got my socks all dusted up and dirty, and in the evening I saw a bunch of ants on the floor so very poor hygiene.

The showers were cold I will not be staying there again. Breakfast was boring!

Reception staff were helpful

No hot water for the showers! Every day I had a cold shower! Even though I had registered online the room I had booked was not available! On first night we arrived late, the restaurant refused to serve us even though it was only 9.30! The hotel had no good restaurants close by.

A nice hotel within easy reach of the centre.

Staff were very nice. There's a Mercadona just round the corner and a bus stop for buses to the centre a 100 yards away. You can buy a Valencia Tourist Card in advance (and collect it at the airport) which gives you free travel on the Metro, trams and buses plus free entry to lots of places of interest. It's still possible to walk to the centre in about half in hour.

Strangely there was no toilet brush in the bathroom or an extractor fan. The A/C worked but black lumps of fluff were often blowing out; needed cleaning/servicing. Although the room was at the back there was still noise from dustmen at night and traffic horns sounding; earplugs useful. A small fridge would be nice and bottle of water on arrival. I tried the breakfast but there was no milk & cereal and limited hot food.

Superb

I booked this hotel as it was close to the university that i was working within for the week. However, for anyone travelling to Valencia this hotel is perfect. It is a 3-/40 minute walk to the beach and around 20 minutes into the old town. If i ever visit Valencia again, i will be booking this hotel. The rooms are also spacious and clean and the staff very very friendly.

A great place to stay

Visited Valencia for a week and picked this hotel for our stay. - the room was already prepared when we arrived at 11 AM which was a nice bonus - online check in is a very nice addon - the room was spacious and great overall, as well as the bathroom - the location is well connected - near to metro stations, football stadium and no more than 40 mins walk to the beaches and city center - the breakfast served at the cafeteria was amazing and inexpensive - anyone from the staff was polite and willing to help with everything

- the windows are not so well insulated, you can hear the traffic outside, so if you are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs - English language skills for the cafeteria staff could be improved

Didnt match the expectations.

Rooms are spacious and clean, location is average good. Bed is very good, there is TV, couch and WC is also spacious.

Price doesnt match quality of service at all. Breakfast was kinda bad and cheap. We only stayed for one night and we had a small problem with water in the WC right when we checked in. Some basic things arent provided. The experience wasnt at all interesting while checking out. Literally just asked us for the keys and said bye, thank you. I think what is sold on Google/booking or whatever might mislead you regarding the expectations-reality.

Pleasant

Good location - close to the metro/bus stops. Easy to get to the beach/old town/airport. Lower price.

Window opening to like a small inner courtyard, really dark room even in broad daylight. Couldn’t even see the sky. Dark / stale air. Small room, not super functional bathroom. No mini fridge / kettle in the room. Not good soundproofing. Only Spanish TV channels.
