The hotel has a good location: it's a nice ~30 minute walk to both the old city center and the city of sciences. It is also close to the subway and multiple grocery stores. The bed was comfy and it was great that there was a communal fridge and microwave that the guests could use.
The bed was very nice, but the rest of the room and bathroom felt a bit old, dated and run-down. There were some stains on the walls and the toilet was a bit wobbly. Overall, the room and floor could also have been cleaned a bit better.

We like everything. The hotel was nice and clean. Good location, near metro and bus station that drives to city center in 15 min. Very safe area
