Everything and the staff are all so helpful
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be nice but not essential and some more hangars for people like us who were staying for a week

Perfect location within walking or biking distance of the old city, the beach and science museum. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. We liked the option to rent a bike or use the spa. Breakfast and food options were good.
The elevators! They were so slow, on mornings it was not unusual to wait 10 minutes for a spot to be available.

Room felt like a 3 star hotel. Wasn’t the cleanest.
Lift windows were dirty & the card machine was filthy
