Ok for one night and a good location

Good location and comfortable bed

Room decor and furniture were very tired and well worn. Not enough lighting and the placement of the bath meant getting in and out of the tub required flexibility to say the least. The access to the car park was very tight and not suitable for a large car. A warning about this in advance would have been helpful.

Shower wasn’t the best, the sink kept blocking and could hear a lot of outside noise despite being on the 6th floor.

Location is the best thing about this hotel

Location was great for city of arts and sciences. The area felt safe and had some nice restaurants near by. Breakfast was nice. Food in the bar was nice.

I stayed for a week and stayed in 2 different types of room. The first room was OK. Bed was too hard. Decor was old fashioned but reasonably clean. No balcony but did have an opening window and air con. The shower was in the bath- im small in height so felt a bit unsafe getting in and out. I upgraded myself to a junior suite for the last few days. I wish I hadn't. The room was dark and dingy, the valance around the bed looked about 40 years old. The room itself had been cleaned well so the cleaners clearly do there job but the walls were very dirty from wear and tear and are in bad need of updating. The beds are like rocks! There was a beautiful big balcony- that got very little sun, there was fake grass on the ground that felt grubby. There were 2 wicker chairs and 2 wicker beds on the balcony that cant be used because there's no cushions on them so they were very uncomfortable. The shower was the same as the other room. The bath had jets but it looked so old and had lime scale. I went down to complain but the que was taking so long I gave up and just decided to grin and bear it. I actually cant believe this room was a junior suite! I intended to complain when leaving but the check out was very abrupt and I wasnt asked how was my stay. While the breakfast was good the girl greeting us in the mornings I found very rude. I will go back to this area but not this hotel.

Lovely hotel but marred by the incident.

The location of the hotel was excellent within walking distance to all the attractions, also to get on the hop on hop off bus. Staff were all very friendly. The pool was great after a day off sightseeing.

Nothing to do with the hotel its self but a member of our party left some valuables in the security box in their room. After contacting them we were informed that they had not been handed in. The security box is there specifically for that reason to keep items of value safe. One can only assume that when the box was reset for the next customers that they felt like it was there's to keep. This is not what i would expect from a 4 star hotel with 8+ score on bookings.

Big rooms, huge comfortable bed - ideal for tired legs from walking around Valencia all day. Good location - equidistant between the city centre and the beaches. Clean, fresh hotel. Breakfast peaceful and plentiful.

Breakfast staff clearing plates whilst still eating breakfast as they had nothing else to do. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Top hotel in a great location, with trendy bars, many great cafes, shopping centers, parks... With a huge terrace on the 11th floor, offering stunning views of the parks and the sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom, especially the shower, is absolutely amazing. 😃

Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't great! Unfortunately, the selection of fresh bread is very limited. 🙂🙂

A comfortable stay in a beautiful city

One of the best things about this hotel was Stephen - the concierge! He was so kind, helpful, attentive - a credit to the hotel! The location is brilliant - plenty of places to eat/drink nearby, a bus stop opposite the hotel which was mega easy to get to the beach, a huge shopping mall nearby too with more eateries. Art/Science Center a short walk away. And a rent-a-bike/scooter shop opposite the hotel. Hotel was clean and smelt lovely. Beds comfy and room clean. Shower good and bathroom was nice. Room was bright which was nice.

We booked a double (as opposed to a twin) and our room was tiny in comparison to the spacious photos online of what I’d expected! That was hugely disappointing! They didn’t have a twin available at the time but if you go I’d defo recommend booking a twin room for the space. You can hear doors slamming and opening from the corridor in your room - was a bit annoying in the night / early morning. The pool area, whilst lovely, was far smaller than the pictures make out. Also, the pool was freezing. The room doesn’t come with many appliances - we wanted a kettle and we had to request it (free) and when we got it, it didn’t work! They could do with having a working kettle and tea bags/instant coffee in the rooms.

Great stay in Valencia

Location is very good, walking distance to all main tourist attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Comfortable room if a little bit small. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from .

The shower door on the side of the bath is too small so every time I used the shower water got all over the bathroom floor. There is no complimentary water in the room.

Near city centre (10 minutes / 7 euros) by taxi. Clean and comfortable. Reasonably quiet area.

Car park entrance en parking area is rather narrow. Not very suitable for larger (SUV size) cars.

Great place to spend a weekend and soak up the culture.

I loved the location. Not too far from the center but also closer to the beach. Everything was very quiet which was what we needed. Also very close to all the important arts buildings
