"Beautiful building, inside and out. Excellent location, can’t stress that enough. Airco, good shower, comfy beds, shutters really make for a dark room to sleep in, if you had a late night."

Clean, comfy, nice to have a vending machine on the ground floor.
The shower was not very consistent im its temperature on the first morning.

Great location to attractions. Bike hire is really helpful and the front desk lady was also helpful. Nice seating area downstairs. Room was a decent size for two people.
A bit noisy, understand this isn’t the hotels fault.

Location was ideal - 10 minutes walk to nearest metro (Amistat) and a bus stop into the main and old town is practically outside. Easy walking distance to Ciutat de Sciencias and Artes and the Oceanografic which is an absolute must!
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and exactly as described.
It’s got everything you need for a city break (except for room kettle or coffee machine maybe although it’s all available downstairs if you need it).
Nothing!

The room was quiet enough, the street is also not that busy.
The only room window can be closed off completely with wooden shutters for complete darkness which I consider a plus for a city where too much sun for the day can be a real issue.
The cooler/fridge in the room actually cools stuff and not just barely working like it does in a lot of hotels.
Bathroom has a neat non-tile floor covering which is not slippery at all, also a nice distinction from my previous experience.
It's not particularly close to anything but also not really far from anything (aside from the Biopark maybe), so all of the main attractions are a walk away. Easy to get to from the airport, straight one-line 30-minute ride and then a 10-minute walk.
There's a cafeteria right across the street which, AFAIU, is used for hotel's breakfasts but it's easier to just go there by yourself, the breakfast options are nice (check the opening hours though).
There's also free tea in the hotel's dining room, a pay-per-use(?) coffee machine and a vending machine, no kettle/cups in the room though.
There were issues with room card setup that resulted in some invasion of privacy by hotel staff and an awkward conversation later. They also happened twice in 24h and I only noticed the second failure because I checked the room access right after leaving the room just in case. I can only hope it was a one time thing and I just got unlucky, hotel issues should never become a customer's problem.
Draining in the shower cabin is not great which is the only annoying thing in the bathroom, but still noticeable every time you take a shower.
The building seems to be a monument of some kind which apparently led to some compromises during its renovation. One of notable consequences is lack of proper maintenance for the ceiling which doesn't have any protective isolation: I noticed a piece of plaster fall off of it right beside my bed. A simple plasterboard installed would help with this.

The staff was very kind, the room was clean
They offer breakfast for 9 euro which is served in a restaurant in front, it was very good
The beds were not comfy, the windows did not seal the noise from the street, there was a lot of noise from cars.

Small room but very comfortable.

Great location with lots of options a short walk away. Nice enough room but nothing spectacular. Didn't expect otherwise. Great bit of history about the building though - ask when you get there!!
Shower was a bit petite! Air conditioning in room didn't work but perhaps it's not switched on until the hotter months. Opening the window all evening made it less stuffy. Still think it's a bit on the expensive side but Valencia really seems to have gone up in price generally.

Very kind and helpful staff. Great position for public transportation, we never had to walk more than 5 minutes for a bus and the metro line reaching the airport is around 10 minutes. The city park is also really close to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the neighbourhood isn't one of the cleanest. Valencia is a relatively dirty city and the streets around the hotel are full of cockroaches (not a fault of the hotel, but not a nice thing to see when you are on vacation.)

All in all it was average.
We had unpleasant situation where cleaning ladys have took our souvenirs that were in cardboard bag on a table in the room.

The room was very spacious. I like that there were no closed drawers because it was easy to see where all your stuff was and you wouldn’t forget anything. The window was so cool, completely wooden but you could either open the whole thing or just open the glass past. Also fantastic location with shops, cafes, the park and bicycle stations very close by.

The location is near various bus stations which lead to the main areas of the city. There's subway station at about 12-15 minutes away, on foot. We had a nice and clean room; however, it was a quite small.
The staff was kind, friendly and eager to help and answer to all of our questions.
There was a problem with the shower cabin and showering has been quite a messy process, otherwise I have no complaints.
