Hotel Original Domino House

Large, clean, attractive room. Great AC. Lots of windows with neat wooden shutters. I was concerned about street noise but that really wasn't a problem

Not the nicest part of town, but we didn't have any problems or feel unsafe. Not close to metro or trams and travel by bus was very unreliable.

The staff is super polite and helps with every question. They even had a card with recommendations, and whatever we choose from there, we did not make a mistake. Also, very comfortable beds, pillows, very clean! They have a common area if you need to work while staying there. Wifi is great for that too! Location is also fantastic! They have a bike rental, very good quality bikes, you can come and go whenever you want. Definitely good value for money!

Maybe it should have bigger windows, but because it is situated in original Domino factory, it is not possible. So everything was great!

The room was super small, the window so tiny that the light barely came in the room The ceiling seemed unfinished with nails and cords pending The shower was so tiny (and for a small woman!) There was a kettle in the room but no glasses no tea bags. What was there for? Not even a small table in the room

The hotel's location is very convenient. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and other local shops nearby, making it easy to get anything you need during your stay. Some of the main attractions, such as Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Ruzafa, are within a 25–30 minute walk. There are also bus stops close to the hotel, providing easy access to places that are farther away. The staff were excellent—always friendly, kind and willing to help with any questions or requests.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. Our room did not have air conditioning and since Valencia was quite hot during our stay, it would have made a significant difference in terms of comfort. We are not sure whether this applies to all rooms. The furniture was fairly basic and the storage space was limited. There was no proper wardrobe—only an open area with hangers and a 2 shelves—which was not very practical for a one-week stay. The refrigerator was also quite small. As the accommodation is located directly on a busy street, there was some noise from traffic and people during the night. None of these issues were major problems and they did not significantly affect our stay, but considering the price, we expected better room amenities.
