Hotel Original Domino House

Clean, organised e welcoming staff. Common areas great for remote work. Tea and water station add a plus.

It would be perfect if the windows will provide better isolation of street noice.

I liked very much my stay at this Hotel. Staff is very friendly, they also helped us with the luggage storage after check-out. I liked the area, we had several place to eat or drink around, even some supermarkets and bus stations nearby. The hotel itself is vey nice, it has a cozy vibe and I also enjoyed the common area. The AC did a great job for these hot days and we had our room cleaned every day.

As improvements, the door from the bathroom was a bit difficult to use, at times I needed help to open it from the inside as it was moving very hard. The towels were clean, but they did have some stains from before.

The staff were great and super friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean and we slept very well. It’s close enough to the centre that it’s easily accessible.

The hotel's location is very convenient. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and other local shops nearby, making it easy to get anything you need during your stay. Some of the main attractions, such as Plaza del Ayuntamiento and Ruzafa, are within a 25–30 minute walk. There are also bus stops close to the hotel, providing easy access to places that are farther away. The staff were excellent—always friendly, kind and willing to help with any questions or requests.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. Our room did not have air conditioning and since Valencia was quite hot during our stay, it would have made a significant difference in terms of comfort. We are not sure whether this applies to all rooms. The furniture was fairly basic and the storage space was limited. There was no proper wardrobe—only an open area with hangers and a 2 shelves—which was not very practical for a one-week stay. The refrigerator was also quite small. As the accommodation is located directly on a busy street, there was some noise from traffic and people during the night. None of these issues were major problems and they did not significantly affect our stay, but considering the price, we expected better room amenities.
