Fabulous location, near all facilities & the port.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Good location. Clean and comfortable room.
Sky bar had limited drinks on offer. No brandy which I find surprising at a 4* Hotel. The staff are very scruffy, no uniforms, jeans and casual dress. Check in took a while. Overall i would say this hotel struggles to be classed 4*.

Good location
The phone in the toilet was malfunctioning i was showering and suddenly it changed temperature then again back to normal,constantly that. Prior this I tried to cancel because of a car accident I had,they declined. Resulting that shower cold/hot make the experience uncomfortable on my damaged ribs.
