Well located and furnished with friendly stuff, but very noisy.

The check-in was easy even though there was nobody at the desk when we arrived: the instruction they sent us was clear. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was everything needed in the room, even a kettle, tea and coffee, little fridge, air conditioner, ceiling fan, a black-out curtain and fully equipped bathroom. It was beyond expectations from an 1 star hotel and we were very pleased. The personal at the desk was very kind and lovely.

Even though there was a double window in the room, it was still very noisy. There is a busy motorway right behind the window and restaurants nearby, so you can hear cars and drunk people passing by. Moreover, the sound isolation in the hotel itself is very, very poor. In the morning we woke up early because our neighbors were talking and it was very well heard. Also you can hear all the noises from the corridor. So we struggled to sleep in this hotel. If you are also sensitive to noises and decide to choose this hotel, you better take some earplugs with you.

Very Comfortable and Well-Located Place to Stay in Valencia

We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a spacious room with a couch and a large bed. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The temperature of the room was perfect for us. The cleaning staff did a great job every day providing fresh towels. The location of the hotel is really great too. Also enjoyed the blackout shades, room was nice and dark.

The WiFi was very weak and the walls were thin. However I think overall it was very good value for money.

Location was good.

Felt like budget university accommodation. Entrance smelled like sewage, AC did not cool appropriately, bed had some sort of a crackly, noisy, mattress protector and was squeaky, noise from other rooms, appalling WiFi, cheap shower cubicle and towels so old and cheap they were grey. Would not recommend.

Clean modern hotel outside the city centre in a safe leafy area ☺️

This hotel was perfect for us, as a couple in our twenties travelling together to Valencia. Located alongside the Jardines 🪴, it is in a leafy area which is around a 20 minute walk to the main city centre area / shops / restaurants. There are cafes bars nearby though if you wanted to stay local. We walked most days or took a cheap uber into the city centre of an evening. Area around hotel feels safe. Hotel was always clean and room was spacious, has fridge and decorated modern. Staff on the front desk were really friendly from check in to check out, provided us with map when checking in and even provided a bottle opener when we brought a bottle of wine from the shop down the road and didn’t realise it was corked! 🍷 We would stay here again definitely.

The location is good, next to the park, and bus stops. Room was big enough for two people and clean. It's okay for short stay.

While using the sink or shower a lot of noise from something that sounds like pump. It's on 1st floor, so could hear noice from the street and from other apartments.

Good affordable stay for one night

Good option if you are looking for an affordable place to shower and sleep for couple of nights. Good location with restaurants and bars around. Although it doesn’t have a 24h front desk this wasn’t an inconvenient for us. The communication through email with instructions for check in and check out outside front desk hours was excellent.

they have a spare key that didn’t work and when we tried to lock the door from the inside we couldn’t. it was late at night and we called to ask for help and the owner (woman) was SO RUDE. she basically told us to leave the property since we were not happy there. She threatened us to call the police. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. In the end an Argentinian guy came and we talked and he apologized but we would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Aside from that, our bathroom door didn’t close and it kept opening. we were 3 friends and payed for a 3 person bedroom and neither of us had any privacy in the bathroom during our stay.

Comfy bed, spacious room.

Cleanliness in the bathroom (chalk residue on the hinges. Quite weird that there’s a door that connects the hall With the bathroom. You clearly see that’s it a remodel of a retirement home or something. Also the noise isolation could be better. You hear people in the hall as well as the ventilation outside.

Great place! Highly recommended!

Location, staff, cleanliness, check in and out time: everything was excellent! The staff was the best I've ever met. Special praise to the two ladies from the reception. Although housekeeping also deserves a separate Thank you. Located across the road from the central park and 15 minutes walk from Placa de Torres and 30 mins from all other main sights. Mercadona is 4 mins away where you can buy food and beverage for the lowest prices. Highly recommend and will be staying there when visit Valencia next time!

Great place for reasonable price. If I may be picky, the only downside was a night club just underneath or next door. And water pump when flushing the toilet or running the water. Our windows were facing the road but two double windows eliminate the noise.

Beautiful Valencia

Great location while certain things need attention to be improved.

Outstanding location, great view from the window, access to hotel with a passcode. Feels safe. Clean and tidy. Quite for resting.

Shower extremely slow (normal sized person hardly fits in). Hairdryer not working. WiFi connection super slow (dial-up speed literally). There is no safe to secure the money/documents. Receptionist English knowledge could be improved.

The worst hotel of my life

Nothing.

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The walls are so thin that you hear absolutely everything as though it was happening in your own room, including loud shouting by other guests, people coming and going all night, etc. The place is so old that every time someone closes a door, it sound like someone is trying to break in. Never visit this place, we managed to get a total of 3 hours of sleep for 2 people.

Not a good place if you're a business traveler with a bad back. Would have been helpful if the staff pointed out the well-hidden lift at the start of my stay instead of as I was leaving.
