Looks well however given the cons would not reuse or pass to others unfortunately.
Modern, decent in room facilities if liking to use these. General location was good near metro/tram stop.
Front door entrance to Main Street, directly in front of a bus stop and set of traffic lights. Noise from the passing vehicle traffic. Inability to have natural light due to proximity entrance buzzer. Repeated banging of access gate closing in main block adjoining wall. Sleeping on leather pull out sofa was not comfortable at all.

All was fine until we found a cockroach in the apartment. But because we saw couple of dead cockroaches also in the stre
The property is in a good location, very close to the oceangraphic and tge park, beach and city centre is also comfortable to reach. The appartment itself is small but has everything you would need for a few days stay.
On a last day of our stay in this appartment we found a big cockroach next to the kitchen and it was really good that it was time to leave, otherwise if it would have happened in the first day our stay wouldnt ve so nice

Short stay for short people
It was quite spacious.
Well as we are tall people so there was no chance for two people to fit in the bed upstairs. And to sleep on the leather couches was not very comfortable as well. But overall the apartment is ok.

All the setting is quite comfortable.
The isolation is very good (do not hear any noise from the neighbors) but only hear the stream of water whenever the neighbor using it.

Best cost/ efficiency location
the location is perfect, close to Saler, Carrefour , oceanograf, museum, transport station and also you have a lot of parking spaces Free of charge .
Just common appartments building noises ( like water sounds via pipes in the wall, but nothing too disturbing)

Very clean apartment, great communication with owner, coffee and drinks provided, spacious, nice bathroom
You can hear everything from the street (people gathering in front of the door), beds are not comfortable, sheets are poor quality.
