Valencia Apartamento Estilo italiano

An exceptionally clean and very comfortable apartment, located centrally just about 10 minutes walk from the Rusaffa market where you can buy beautiful, fresh fruit, 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre with all the historical buildings. The apartment was well air conditioned in every room and with two bathrooms the family felt very comfortable. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Two small supermarkets and bakeries nearby. THe WiFi was strong. For the beach you need to use a bus or a taxi. Our host, Andrea, was very responsive and helpful on Whatsapp. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

La ubicación y que era grande para 3 adultos. Tenía dos baños y se notaba. Era cómodo y no te sentías agobiado. Tiene ascensor. Andrea ha sido encantadora, te respondía al instante y estaba pendiente de si necesitábamos algo. Nos recomendó sitios incluso nos dejó sombrilla para ir a la playa. Y tiene aire acondicionado.

No depende del apartamento sino de la comunidad, pero el portal es muy viejo y el patio interior está súper sucio. Las ventanas de la cocina y un baño dan al patio de luces pero el resto es luminoso.

Host Andrea is a very nice and helpful lady. Always anwering our questions and giving advice. From the apartment it is easy to walk to all the highlights of the city. There is a supermarket just around the corner for daily shopping.

One of the bedrooms with bath was really comfortable, but the other bed was not comfortable and there was much noice from the apartments and the street.

Für unseren Zweck gut. Es war sauber, Klimaanlage funktionierte.

Wenn die baulichen Maßnahmen abgeschlossen sind, könnte die Wohnung schöner sein. Eingang und Schlafzimmer zur Straße, Risse an den Türen. Dusche müsste entkalkt werden. Die Stühle am Esstisch könnten auch erneuert werden.
