Un quartier très agréable, proche du Valence historique. L’appartement est bien agencé et fonctionnel
L’absence d’ouverture sur l’extérieur. Là climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas. Et surtout les travaux de rénovation qui ont provoqué des réveils trop matinaux

Very clean and big flat. It’s located in a nice neighborhood where you feel that you are living like a local. It has everything for cooking. I am definitely coming back.

La casa è accogliente, pulitissima, dotata di tutto il necessario e spaziosa. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi sia nella zona centrale della città, che in altri posti come l' oceonografic. Si trova affianco alla fermata della linea 10 della metro, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Il referente Tony è una persona disponibile, sempre in contatto con voi e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Consigliatissima

Ho trovato la struttura complessivamente buona, tuttavia ho percepito una certa mancanza di sicurezza. Essendo situata sulla strada, non mi sono sentito del tutto tranquillo, anche a causa dell’assenza di un cancelletto esterno. Inoltre, la porta si sentiva sbattere frequentemente, cosa che ci ha svegliati più volte durante la notte. Al nostro arrivo mancavano le tovaglie per tre persone, ma l’host si è dimostrato disponibile e ha provveduto a farcele avere il giorno successivo.
